Director Dealings
The Company announces that it received on 18 June 2009 notice from Mr Nicolson, a director and chairman of the Company, of the following trades in Ordinary Shares:

Following the above transaction, Mr Nicolson's beneficial interest in the Company's shares remains unchanged at 666,731 Ordinary Shares, which is equivalent to 1.20% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company further announces that it received on 18 June 2009 notice from the following director relating to his exercise of options below:

Following the above transaction Mr Page's beneficial interest in the Company's issued share capital is 921,352 Ordinary shares of 4p each ("Ordinary Shares") which holding is equivalent to 1.66% of the Company's total issued share capital.
Additionally, both Mr Page and Mr Nicolson are directors of Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited, the Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers Limited Employee Benefit Trust, which holds 390,667 Ordinary shares of 4p each in the capital of the Company and is equivalent to 0.71% of the Company's issued share capital.
Application for Admission
Application has been made for 100,000 new Ordinary 4p shares to be admitted to listing pursuant to the exercise of share options announced above. It is expected that dealings will commence in the new Ordinary shares on 24 June 2009.
As a result of the application for listing, the issued share capital of the Company will be increased from 55,310,274 Ordinary shares of 4p each to 55,410,274 Ordinary shares of 4p each.
