Directors' Dealings
The Company announces that it received notice on 3 June 2009 from Mr Pattinson and Mr Murphy, both being directors of the Company, relating to the following market sales of Ordinary shares of 4p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

Following the above transactions Mr Pattinson's beneficial interest in the Company's issued share capital is 206,250 Ordinary Shares and Mr Murphy's beneficial interest in the issued share capital is 1,171,000 Ordinary Shares, which holdings are equivalent to 0.37% and 2.12% respectively of the Company's total issued share capital.
Additionally, Mr Pattinson is a director of Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited, the Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers Limited Employee Benefit Trust, which beneficially holds 390,667 Ordinary Shares and is equivalent to 0.71% of the Company's issued share capital.
