The Company announces that it received notice on 15 July 2009 from Mr G V Nicholls, a director of the Company, relating to the following transactions in Ordinary shares of 4p each in the capital of the Company:

Additionally, Mr Nicholls is a director of Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited ("the Trustee"), the Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers Limited Employee Benefit Trust which holds 390,667 Ordinary shares of 4p each in the capital of the Company which is equivalent to 0.71% of the Company's issued share capital.
