Directorate Changes and Change of Nominated Adviser

 

Albemarle & Bond, a leading pawnbroking business, announces the following changes

 

Nicholas Mardon Taylor, a non-executive Director for over 20 years will retire at the AGM in November 2010. He will be replaced by John Farrell who will join the board in June 2010 as an Independent non-executive Director.

 

John Farrell was President & CEO of Specialised Agencies & Marketing Services of Publicis Groupe from 2003 to 2009. He was also a member of the Publicis Groupe Executive Board and responsible for the strategic oversight of their M&A activities. From 1999 to 2003 he was president and CEO of D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles Worldwide prior to its acquisition by Publicis Groupe in 2003. He is currently on the board of Huntsworth plc and marketing, media and advertising companies including Albion and Voiamo.

The Company also announces that Collins Stewart Europe Limited has been appointed as sole Nominated Adviser and corporate broker to the Company with immediate effect.
