The Company announces it received notice today that Mr Greville Nicholls, the Chairman of the Company, yesterday transferred 27,650 ordinary shares of 4p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife.

Mr Nicholls' beneficial interest in the Company's shares is unchanged at 566,360 Ordinary Shares, which is equivalent to 1.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
