RE: SIMPLY RED: THOUGH TO ME, THIS RED IS NOT SIMPLE29 Mar 2022 17:57
ITV, I only offer some reasons as to why I think the SP is languishing at these very low prices considering the potential.
Clearly (whether we like it or not), the market is not convinced HE1 will be successful after last years disappointment.
DM's pronouncements are not to be taken at face value, as he will always talk up the potential and ignore publicly the inherent risks.
(Planned drilling this year is not the same as we will drill this year... Plans can change)
None of this means this won't come good but its not a slam dunk. We all thought it was a slam dunk last year and here we are again, HE1 poorer but no further on.
All the exploration they have done now, clearly HE1 thought was unnecessary last year when they started the drilling program. Which means, given after the "failed" drills, that there was not enough geological studies done then?
It reads to me, and this is just my personal thoughts, but if HE1 are going to go it alone (ie no JV at this stage), then they have not got enough money for a proper drilling campaign which I would suggest is a minimum of 10 drills.
In which case, I think there is pretty good chance that there will be a cash raise prior to the drill. That potential dilution could, likely would, see the SP drop in price.(I have for instance kept money aside for this scenario in case it happens.)
So if my logic (and its just my opinion), is broadly correct the market will also be waiting for a bit more clarity before buying in.
Anyway, it was just my answer to your question as to why the SP remains so low.
Who knows, its all a crap shoot......
Do you want to buy in at 9p with an unknown chance of success or 20p say, with a100% chance of further gains over the coming months and years?
