Yesterday the SP closed using the RSI at 78.75. Anything above 80 is pretty reliable as indicating a fall the next trading session. (RSI shows stocks are either over bought or over sold. in this case 80 is very "over bought")

104 is a target for the retracement and if that goes then 95p is next.

In any event I expect the down day here to stay whether or not it recovers from the current price around 105p so as to unwind the RSI.

Again, we all know through experience that its never a continuous straight line gain and there are always sessions when there are falls so this is imo, just a normal and standard pull back after previous strong rises.

From a TA perspective I expect the SP to settle/move between 105p-130p while waiting for further news.

And I trust you are not putting a high risk, experimental bio tech company that historically has lost money every year for years and had further cash raises since its IPO with no meaningful saleable application in the category of a "Known" winning hand?

I think this has the most fantastic potential, but to date, the technology has stuttered once it was ready to go to market. (Bams, Waste Water, LFT).

Yes BILT, I think so too, so I am surprised that we have not seen acknowledgement yet that the shorts have closed.

I would just caveat, that it LOOKS different rather than IS different. The trial continues and until we have the official results there is always the chance that it can fail.

But the indications clearly are positive.

I think so too wiggs, but we have had a number of false dawns before, but as I say, the upward move has been going on for a few days now. (some of the previous move from the low of 41p could just have been a market over reaction to the fall and then people just buying back in on the scale of the fall, but from 70p ish onwards it has been pretty solid and the results last week have been the catalyst to under pin the SP at that time.

Interesting to see how the US Poster thing tonight will affect the SP tomorrow...

Makes a nice change though to watch the SP generally rise, rather than slide down :0))

Jupiter had the nerve to stay in when it spiked towards 140p, however it "feels" that this move is more sustained and would suggest the good news has substance to it rather than just blind speculation.

I would guess, Rip, that BMN will also give an update on post Q1 matters and indicate the increased commodity price and the likely impact on profits going forward.

ST, you either "believe" in the logic of predictive human actions based on certain stimuli, or you don't.

Without meaning to be rude, I have given my explanations on TA many, many times here and as I say you either agree or you don't, but I am done trying to explain in a (relative) few words what most authors need 300 plus pages to explain in the detail you seem to be picking me up on.

All i can say is, it works for me more often than not, and I have in good faith passed the info on here.

wiggly, thats kind of how charts work.... A "leak" is not news. Its a rumour, so what would happen is that a rumour or leak would be of good news happening then the SP would start to rise.
So the SP is reacting BEFORE official news. The chart (through the SP action), is foretelling the actual news.

We have seen false rumours spike the SP and then fall back, so you can't assume that a "leak" would be accurate, but typically spikes and fall backs often work with support and resistance levels.

But as always, TA, is an odds game, its not predicting a certainty, just giving a heads up as to what is most likely to happen.

FWIW given the 95p resistance has gone so quickly and already today a couple of retraces to it and bounces off bodes well.

Early in the day of course so the current exuberance might wane but if it can hold and close above 95p consistently then the next obvious target is the old 130p.

I would expect that to take a while though because any share that has a fast rise will always have a day or two or more of falling back to let the technical over bought position to unwind and by the looks of it thats where AVCT will likely be by the end of today (fingers crossed)

They are throwing off a lot of cash are almost debt free.

My opinion is that PR is really not relevant to this company (or indeed most).

BMN is a miner that will have its SP judged by its profits today and its likely profits over the coming months and years.

PR can't hide that reality, whether good or bad.

Maybe at its best it can alert the market to "new" things the company is doing that will increase profits, but in this case, I don't think that is the case.

The company is where it is and if it has (as it should) benefit from the increase in vanadium prices then that will be translated to the profitability of the company and that is what will move the SP.

Latorre, I don't think anyone, anyone at all, is remotely unaware of the huge demand for Helium.

However, as to when or until HE1 announce a "discovery" of commercial Helium it is a an absolute moot point.

You might as well quote the current Gold price for all the relevance the helium price has to HE1.

They have not yet even announced a drill plan for 2022.

(Sorry, and I know this is my problem, but all this talk of demand and potential when HE1 are currently where they are drives me nuts. )

AP, fwiw, I don't think so. The SP has slipped due to the longer than expected news flow. That leads to a doubt that maybe there are behind-the-scene problems that will impact timelines and cash flow.

An MOU now will I would think bolster the SP to about13p ish. All it is saying is that HE1 have a drill program. (which has already been forewarned). What would push it further if it was a large drill program that would take the market by surprise. I see no indication that this will be the case (although, who knows.)

Time is passing, money is being spent and no progress is being made...thats the bottom line.

HE1 is only viable when it "discovers" commercial Helium. Up until then its a very high risk punt. Just booking a drill partner is a step that has to be taken, but it does not strengthen or lessen the chance of success.

I personally take nothing for granted with these very high risk stocks. Each to his own of course and DYOR etc etc.

CBF, it depends on your time horizon. If you are looking 3/6/12 months ahead (let alone longer), then a few pence intra day movement on the 6/04/2022 will never be discussed again.

If you are working on much shorter time frames then the move form lasts night close to its high today was 15% or so, so why wouldn't you sell?

Malik: I would say there has been concrete news today. AVA6k is confirmed as "working" to expectations by virtue of the increased doseage regime and further corroborating US trial news. Plus confirmation on the cash position.

All of these critical points were the subject of speculation previously.

If anything apart from expected fluctuations, I expect the SP to strengthen on the run up to Summer, not fall away.

it was a solid RNS which confirmed the implied progress with the AVA6k trial.

But that was very good because historically, unfortunately the previous RNS's have had some disappointment somewhere in them.

The big difference now is that the LFT income is fully discounted and any revenue that may subsequently arise in the future will be an nice Brucie Bonus, rather than an expectation, as previously highlighted in over-exuberant comments from the BoD.

So imo, this RNS supports the recent rise in the SP and hopefully puts a floor in now. Its understandable that it has been quite slow recently because I imaging the market has been sceptical as to what these latest figures/results would show given past performance, however as I say, there seems no surprises this time round.

The next short term target is a move to 95p which is quite a % rise from here but nevertheless looks to be where the SP should try to move to over the next days/weeks .

A thought has occurred to me that BMN seem to be using shares rather than cash where they can. (it may just be co-incidence of course), but maybe they want to specifically conserve cash.

If they do (assumptions galore), then either they need cash flow or they want to show the market, when the next report (May I think) how good the cash/profit is on the back of the improved commodity prices.

I think the market can read an RNS at any time its released... the lack of SP appreciation is not because the market is unaware of it......

Umm... well, any director buy I guess is a good thing But I bought £15K as a punt, so the actual financial amount is pretty no nothing in my book and almost counter productive, in the sense it starts to look like a token to shore up the SP rather than a vote of confidence.

I think a minimum of £50k looks ok -ish and looks better still if say 3 or 4 directors all bought £50k's worth each all at the same time.

A single director on their own needs to be £75k to £100k imo to make people think that maybe they know more than they can let on and to convey real confidence in the product/company

But this is just my take.

The plus for this stock imo, is that it can move a lot over very little and I am just hoping such an event takes place and I can exit around 3p or just north of it, on a spike/rumour as I can't see any actual news to be released for some months now.

Based on what? we have just had the very latest figures confirming that losses are increasing, albeit only a little.

Based on a very uncertain future of available disposable income and increased production costs (that currently are uncapped), how long do you think EVE can carry on not being profitable.

And if you think they will be profitable, then when do you think that will be? and based on what?

Where does the "Definite" in your statement come from?
