Interesting to see the number of shares pre BB and now post canvas deal seems to be very similar, wounder if the BB target was to redcue the shares by a set number. Would explain some of the sporadic purchases. I still feel free cash would be best used to reduce number of shares in issue, especially given the depressed share price.

I've also thought about selling and buying back in, but its hard to predict when it will drop and how high it will climb.

Im confident it will eventually reach my exit price of around £15, until then I'll just sit back and enjoy the generous divi( this is all entry price dependant and for some the dividend is not that generous i understand)

There should be now reason you can't hold this share in your stocks and shares ISA

One of the key metrics for this share to re rate will be the Ebitda to debt ration, the lower this is the higher the share will fly.

I think the markets are aware of how much cash this company generates but they are likely concerned about the level of debt, once this level reduces it derisks the company and I suspect more cash will be flowing in.

Dec is on target, as ebitda is growing and debt appears to be reducing by 100 million a quarter. Ofcourse the canvas deal debt will soo be added and not sure how this will effect everything. I just hope DEC has grown to a position where further acquisitions can just be directly from free cashflow and give it a good sustained period of debt reduction

Well the BB appear to have restarted, given the good results this is likely to push the share price higher

You guys are disregarding land sales of some value likely to continue going forward (as they have done historically).

Capex expenditure likely to drop.

Synergies likely to increase as the new acquisitions better integrated.

Debt is dropping and also servicing costs of debt.

I always appreciate people looking for negatives as often as investors we have some rose tinted glasses on, but in this case the results are actually very good.

Actually I may have timed that incorrectly and close of business is 9pm not 830pm.

Anyone know exactly what time the results are coming out, as its already after close of business in the USA and I can't find any announcements

Zacks equity provides some of the worse evaluation, it's basically AI written and has very little in depth analysis.

If your not getting paid you need to discuss with your stock broker. Make sure you've filled in the w-8ben form to reduce the amount of tax state side from 30% down to 15%

The SP has given me a pleasant surprise this morning, was expecting more doom and gloom.

Hopefully by the end of this week we pick up momentum to break above £10.

Not sure on what they have decided to cut the price targets as no new information has come out recently outside of company expansion, I suspect your right terry and this is more a shift because of current sp.

It's gonna be painful to climb higher unless the BB are restarted, something like 10 million needs to be injected to shore up the SP. I suspect the only reason the BBs stopped was some cash flow issues, as the free cash was likely running low or as you likely suspect the CEO is planning on another " profit enhancing deal"

Feels like tomorrow might be a blood bath unless the BB restart.

The weirdest company policy BB I have ever come across, it's almost based on the whim of CEO if they go ahead or not.

A 2-3p drop would represent 10%, that's pretty large difference and one I would be happy to take if the opportunity arose. 4+p would a 20% difference.

Investing/trading or whatever you want to call it is all about buying at the right price and selling at a better price.

I get alot of people have already invested here and not keen to hear the price might drop, but while I'm on the outside I would like to maximise my buying opportunity. Risk would be the jumps and too late for me, happened at around 19/20p but that's a risk I'm comfortable with

RNS today is not as brilliant as all make it out.

It's good news for sure, but the kind of news that would have caused sport to crash is bad and mo chnage much if good, as it's expected the fracking would go well.

What's more important is the flow tests, as this gives a real indication how viable the Wells are.

I'm not in pantheon yet, but keeping an eye out for it and if drops to the low 20s again will dip in.

Good luck to all those holding as potential is huge, but at the moment it's just potential for me.
