What is with the yoyoing in the price.

Is this just the selling effect and BB not syncing well, any other reason for the volatility

Yea I done the same Loaf, feel significantly undervalued but it's been stuck here for longer then I thought. Cycle appears to be breakout towards £12ish and then back down, if I was braver I would sell all and buy back at lower price but can never been certain which breakout whill be sustained.

Overall my target is £15 prior to any exit

Best part of today's uptick is that they didn't need any BB last Friday.

However we have to be cautious with our optimism as the US is the primary driver of the share price

Just wondering if anyone knows when we might expect the end of year results, remember previously the 30th December was mentioned but can't find anything on the Internet to the expected release date.

While I'm not happy at the sp level, I am extremely happy at the continued BB.

I feel the company has too many shares in issue generally and would welcome an avoidance of any further dilution plus if any large instutiotion wishes to sell in future these shares are repurchased directly and not flood the market.

Henry hub up 5% today would likely account for the rise. BB are positive support as well, well see tomorrow if any needed today

158k BB for yesterday, dont mind this continuing for a while to shore up the excess shares floating about

The BB have restarted 122.9k bought yesterday.

Average price of 13.75 dollars, looks like this is the previous floor coming back into play.

Continued drop in SP, I suspect this is secondary to dropping gas prices but would be appreciate other people's input

Hoping for a little Christmas rally, but looks like the sp has settled in this new price range.

I just had a long call with II and in the end it came down to the fact it was a business decision by II taking into account many factors that long term its best to hold DEC shares in the US.

I had to sign the amalgamated exchange rate agreement to be able to do any trades, I reviewed with them and generally straight forward. For large dealls between £100,000 - 500,000 the rate is 0.5 percent above the international exchange rate, which isnt so bad for me.

for any one else holding ii stock I recommend you sign in and sign the exchange rate form, so you can trade on the app when needed

Many reasons Terry but the main ones would be the markets at the time, rates were much higher and the markets were not sure re inflation, interest rate could have been increasing further, gas was low and made dec somewhat risky, also generally funding for oil and gas is also more difficult in open market.

saying all that primarily the benefit comes from the new partnership with carlye group, who understand the DEC business model well and can get better interest rates for the 2+billion agreed.

Looks like the shares on II have been moved to America. As my share price is now showing in dollars, as is profit.

Can someone let me know what that means, would I be automatically slapped with a 1.5% conversation rate when selling.

Will my dividends still be reduced by 15% (rather then 30%)

Thanks for the response guys, was just trying to figure out the reason for low volume today, especially given ex divi. Maybe majority of people hold dec are with II.

Im not looking to sell or buy so the hiatus doesnt effect me directly but also dont like the idea I won't be able to trade as normal should I wish

Well share price is down today on 20k volume upto 1pm with a typical daily average of 271k shares traded.

This freeze on uk trading is taking too long, and it can't just be II that's having issues, which leads me to believe the instructions from DEC to the stock brokers hasn't been very clear.

Has anyone managed to deal on the larger stock brokers?

Volume in the uk has been pretty low for the last few days, no doubt because ii and possibly others aren't allowing trades.

I really hope II is not moving the shares to US, as I hold a substantial amount in my ISA.

I suspect someone at II has got this wrong and they are hopefully resolving the issue, this being the reason in the delay re trading. Overall poor form by them it's not that complicated

Don't think they got out on friday, as the share price dropped then. K suspect more likely they have been doing it slowly for a while and wasn't updated till friday or they just moved the short position to US in line with the primary listing

The spread is also huge and market volume looks extremely low.

This is the date that the canvas deal is thought to go through and new shares to be issued, not sure if this has something todo with it ?
