PP1 - just for one post can you be a realist. We were told the we would be paid a cash coupon of 3.9mil USD each quarter. After the payment date came and went with no payment we got told the terms had been renegotiated. Gary does a call where he flippantly says he does not need to explain himself to share holders and we will get the cash in a week, minimum of 500k USD. A week later when we were due to get the renegotiated, smaller amount of cash, it failed to credit the account. Belatedly we get an RNS saying they are going to pay us just 300k GBP and it will be in the account next week. None of this makes you question anything at all? Just pivot to tow the company line? I can only think you are that in over your head that you are in denial that you are drowning. Please wake up and give us one post where you show some disappointment, this is not the coupon you were promised and looking forward to.

Not how I read it but you may well be right. Either way it is a huge red flag. This whole QGP deal stinks, it was dressed up as guaranteed revenue and it has been proven to be anything but. All while we fail to take part in any actual revenue generating exercises.

Maybe they agreed the cash element to be the sum of 0. Seems unlikely a company with billions in custody would default twice on a coupon in the space of 10 days. Cash sum of the coupon must have been re-negotiated to 0 and so is therefore paid, Gary Cottle does it again, soon be 50p.

They told us at 7:30am on 31st March, 31st March is therefore the first working day. Or did the board shut up shop and go home at 7:31am?

Getting a bit touchy Bash as the company fail to to meet another self imposed deadline. You have to understand why so many people are sceptical and why the board are failing to attract genuine investors backed by real capital.

We've already done this Bash, today is the fifth working day so funds are due today. We were told at 7:30 am on 31st March money would be received within 5 business days. 31st March (1), 1st April (2), 2nd April (3), 7th April (4), 8th April (5). I'm actually being generous as Monday 6th April was not a US holiday and so USD was able to be transferred on that day.

I assume the board had been assured by QGP the cash payment would be received on or before 8th April when they negotiated this fantastic new arrangement of not getting the coupon fully in cash. QGP are not going to default again are they with all the billions they have?!?

With the cash element of the defaulted coupon due today you have to assume the board know the sum of the cash element and the subsequent payment in VGOLD. The funds are expected to hit the company's account at some point today, if not already. Would we not expect the board to divulge the sums involved given they now know them? Or have QGP defaulted again?

Would be interesting to see what happens if they do not pay and so VLRM retain QGPs total shares. Do the company cancel the shares or are the dishes out to BOD for a paltry sum dressed up as a fund raise...

All eyes on tomorrow.

Yeah man, you can now sell your holding for 4p, same as you could end of business on Thursday, the value of your shares has not gone up only the ask has risen meaning anyone stupid enough to buy these shares will be paying more and will need a 25% rise in the share price to see any return on their investment.

Bash, you agreed not to post until the coupon was paid in full, please stick to your word as you are embarrassing yourself, more so than when you could not count to five last week.

PP1 you said on 29th March when asked if the coupon would definitely be paid on USD:

"The $3.97 million will be paid in cash on 29 March 2026.

The RNS dated 26 January 2026 would have had to say digital asset income if the $3.97 million was to be paid in any form of digital currency.

Predictable recurring income means cash/cash equivalents and not any type of digital currency whatsoever.

RNS are legal entities and must always be accurate and true."

You were wrong on this.

Also five working days after the RNS saying we would have payment in 5 working days is Wednesday 8th April, not Thursday 9th or Friday 10th April.

Please stop posting factually incorrect information. Your reputation is already in tatters after the aforementioned assertion that the coupon would definitely be paid fully in USD.

I figured this would be the response. So what happens to the 900k we have already put in? That no big deal as well? If we knew we had no intent to continue the investment in Bluebird then why was that not told to the market in September? Why is it only coming out now?

Did he say why share holders are only being made aware of that now given the final tranche should have been paid in September? Should that news not have been announced in an RNS prior to Gary stating it on an investor call? Does it not ring alarm bells that we have declined a cash coupon, that QGP definitely have, and have been seemingly unable to stump up the cash to Bluebird? Was further dilution ruled out by Gary as a way of completing the Bluebird deal?

From the 3rd June RNS - "Under the terms of the Investment, the final tranche, which is expected to be around $1.6m shall be paid in cash

to the extent agreed in writing by both Parties, with the balance in the form of new Valereum plc ordinary shares.

However, the Directors expect that the full consideration will be satisfied in cash."

Looks like more dilution on the horizon for us then, great.

Why did we not take the cash from QGP that we are told they definitely have to settle this? you are probably looking at about 50mil shares being issued to satisfy that final payment. Long term holders sold down the river once again.

Any insight on how the Telegram group views this news?

So if we don't have the cash to pay Bluebird, which should have been aid by September 2025, why did we not insist on cash for the coupon from QGP that we are told QGP definitely have and which would have helped their investment.

And why are we only hearing about this now?
