so they also got the % wrong then? if they had not sold their % would be 44.88638 but they have reported 44.8414. the tr1 is a legal document that is required to be correct.

they have sold their shares, you should be asking the board why and not lying to yourself saying they have not and the information the very company have given you is wrong. they are literally telling you they have sold and you are saying "oh no they haven't". this whole company is a pantomime and you are dame widow t****ey pp1.

You've changed your tune since bleating on about RNS being legally binding and are checked thoroughly and 100% correct.

Bash - it does not matter the size they sold, the point is they sold. As shareholders we have a right to know why an entity we are entering into a supposedly transformative deal with that we are told have billions of AUM are selling 5 grands worth of shares on the day a placing took place that they did not take part in. They are our largest shareholder for gods sake.

Do you not read all the RNSs PP1? There was another on 22nd April stating the Definitive Agreement had been agreed - I guess this meant they could sell 1.44% of their holding.

You can say "think about it" and deny they sold any but you then need to provide an explanation as to why the total shares they hold has decreased.

I don't think they have been scammed by QGP, I think they are all in it together. I think Gary knew the share price has to be above 40p to allow QGP to sell 1.44% of their holding and cover the cash coupon which is why he did so much paid publicity pushing the fact the 200mil investment valued VLRM at 400mil and that this was the biggest investment in an aquis firm ever. Thankfully investors largely saw this valuation was baseless and so didn't buy. Unfortunately some didn't and threw so much of their cash at it they were blinded to the facts.

QGP have sold, their holding is now 243,234,439 as per the RNS, this is down on the shares given to them.

I hope that is not true. I think though that there will be a fair few in a similar hole and thus are now refusing to sell in the hope they can regain something. That is why I think we have hit the bottom here SP wise, as I expected this to drop further given yesterday's news of QGP selling. Unfortunately with VLRM having little to no revenue another placing will come around sooner or later and that will force the SP to drop. The other option of course is the beginning of the end...

Why are they selling though? We've been told they fully believe in VLRM and approached VLRM so why are they offloading at this price? Surely they don't need the cash as we've been told they have billions of AUM and VLRMs own due diligence showed they had cash to pay the originally agreed cash coupon that they ultimately defaulted on.

Surely more and more people can see the sham this is?

Can anyone help me with what the following means -

"$279,500,000 of VGOLD-EQ tokens, the underlying equity token for the entire mining reserves within QGP."

does that mean they are valuing the entire mining reserves as 279.5 mil?

Have the board divulged how much of the negotiated down $300k was received? It does not sit well with me that we were told this would be paid and then just got an RNS saying partial amount had been received without telling us how much or when the full amount would be received.

I have a few questions, but let me start with this - Who is paying for the verification process by the international accounting firm? The definitive agreement RNS does not state this.

It is also a little odd that our majority share holder. QGP, who would have been privy to VLRMs cash situation, forced a re-negotiation of the coupon to be paid fully as VGOLD-CORE tokens as opposed tot he agreed cash. Cash that seemingly VLRM required a lot sooner than they had lead investors believe. Even a part cash part token coupon would have prevented this further dilution and ensured regular cashflow for VLRM.
