It is an interesting point but I would not expect an RNS each time they generate revenue. I am nervous about the first coupon being paid but it is just a case of waiting and seeing now.

I really expected the share price to move up on the back of the warrants being cancelled. It is a little worrying there is no meaningful buying at all, just as well the warrants were cancelled as under these market conditions the SP would have tanked. Hopefully the price can stand steady over the next four weeks when the coupon is then due.

Yes it is indeed good news that we are not being further diluted. Dilution is my main concern here as us last Ng term holders have been diluted massively in the last 18 months.

You also cannot say for sure QGP are not selling, the clause exists in the terms and they can use it if they see fit. Stop being disingenuous. You have shown you cannot be trusted and cannot even abide by your own strict rules.

That sounds like financial advise PP and I know you hate people that put out financial advise or statements around the share price that could be misleading and result in a report to the FCA.

The shares issued are not currently worth $280mil or anywhere near that amount. VLRM also paid 100k GBP fees to issue those shares.

Not just warrants, the issuing of shares. January 2025 shares in issue was 172,332,349, it is now 487,930,000. If the share price hits 20p the board will issue themselves 146,379,000 warrants. Does this not concern you at all? Do you not see how that could impact any rise in share price as an increased market cap could actually mean a reduced share price?

Dilution is fine to an extent when there are clear benefits. Warrants are handed out here willy nilly and with no benefit to holders. The share price continues to drop and people stand to lose decent amounts of money.

So I invested in this business when it was a gambling outfit with ambitions to have a base out of Macao. The business moved direction since then. Dilution after dilution after dilution meant my holding diminished and I wrote this investment off. Although the board and ownership has changed dilution continues to happen and investors are left short changed and with a share price dropping.

Are the 30% of total shares in issue performance warrants that are linked to price per share and not the market cap adjusted if the company decides to undertake a share consolidation?

Why did you invest then?

Why pay 10k for the option to cancel them then? Why did they not use that 10k to invest in the RWA? Why did the board say it was in the best interests of the shareholders to cancel the warrants? Why is that no longer the case?

If the board have total faith in the QGP deal then the 90k GBP to cancel the warrants will be paid. The option was considered "by the Directors to be in the best interests of the shareholders" at the time of the announcement so why has this option not been taken up? or has 10k GBP just been p1ssed up the wall for no benefit to existing holders? If an RNS does not drop before next Thursday saying the 90k has been paid to cancel these warrants then this is a huge red flag for the confidence that the BOD believe they will receive the first coupon end of March from QGP. Since the announcement of buying the option to cancel the warrants VLRM have received £690,000 through subscription raise and exercise of warrants so they surely have the cash to stump up the 90k to cancel the warrants entirely.

Because the terms of the options to buy the warrants mean that they warrants cannot be exercised until 26th February at the earliest. IF VLRM do not stump up the 90k to take up the option to cancel these 2mil warrants then what was the point in paying 10k GBP to just have this option, it is a waste of 10k which they had to do a fundraise for. The retail offer of the fundraise also failed to hit their desired target which shows the level of interest and optimism here from existing share holders.

I said last week 11p was a decent price to get out but that ship has long sailed.

Bash - you have not yet answered my question. Are you satisfied with the level of dilution you have seen? Do you think the awarding of warrants is justified given the performance of the BOD and therefore happy to see your holding diluted as a result? Have you been buying more shares with each dilution to counter this?

Nanoscale trades this morning when you consider the total shares in issue. MM playing games and walking the share price down because they know holders will not sell. When the market wakes up and buyers arrive after half term and more MoUs are signed this should rise and our work colleagues will see their losses reduced. The 2mil warrants that will be issued to an unknown individual or entity are nothing to worry about nor is the fact we gave them 10grand for absolutely nothing.

Think we'll get another MoU by the end of the week to help wake the market up to the possibilities here.
