Yes I can see the RNS, my point being they have not bothered to update the website. You lot say DYOR but if the company do not even keep their website up to date it will deter new investors.

I've emailed Stanford. Interestingly when looking for the contact details I noticed VLRM have not bothered to update their website with the correct total shares in issue.

The uncertainty stems from the board. Have they paid to 90k to cancel the 2mil warrants? If they have not whose hands will the warrants fall in to on February 26th?

Yes the share price rose slightly today after the 1mil warrants had been uploaded and the share price dropped by 30%. the ask has since slipped back as the market saw no appetite from anyone to pay 12p a share.

The share price dropped by around a third on 1million warrants, it is therefore not an unfair assumption to expect a drop of 50-66% when 2million warrants are realised and shares hit the market.

You keep mentioning 488m shares in issue, a figure that has ballooned in the last 3 years and will grow as more shares are issued as the result of warrants. This is not a good thing, you are being diluted.

Absolutely insane. Looks like someone scooped up 25ks worth in five different orders earlier today, because of the spread they are still sat on a loss despite the rise this afternoon. They are correct that the 1mil warrants have now been sold but in three weeks there will be 2mil warrants ready to hit the market and dilute those that are buying today and bring the share price down to 5p when those warrants are sold.

It is down around 30% from the start of the week. the company has three weeks from today to find and pay £90,000 to cancel 2,000,000 worth of warrants, if they do not those warrants will be exercised at 0.005. We are not told which entity will be the recipient of those warrants. When they hit the market the price will drop closer to 5p. DO NOT PUT ANY MORE OF YOUR MONEY IN TO VLRM UNTIL IT IS CLEAR THOSE WARRANTS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED.

The company need to find 90k this month to pay for the cancellation of 2,000,000 warrants to a service provider. If they don't stump up the cash by Feb 26th then the warrants will fall to a new holder, who I imagine with an exercise price of 0.005 will want to cash these in rather swiftly. Surely the board will do the right thing though and not subject holders to another dilution and share price drop right? right?

A reminder the CEO, Chairman and an unconnected party not long after buying the option to cancel these 2mil warrants issued themselves 600k worth of shares at a price of 5p. Did they use any of that 600k to pay the 90k to cancel the 2mil warrants? Did they f*ck

After the signing of MOU RNS that was heralded as big news just last week the share price rose from 14.25 to 14.95, it is now 10.25. Dom-Bella you have been posting here for years, I have been invoked in the company since PCGE days before it became a company that was going to invest in cameras for rollercoasters and now as VLRM. You must be down a huge amount of money and have been diluted again and again but still support the company and the board. I hope for your sake you can get some cash out of this but you really need to wake up and see this company for what it is.

If it was illiquid you would struggle to buy any, put a buy order in now and there will be no problem filling it. Don't forget the 1million warrants hit the market tomorrow. Should Fortified look to sell these at this price they will make 200% profit, obviously it will cause the share price to drop giving shareholders a double barrel of dilution and reduced share price.

Reminder that up to 1,000,000 shares will likely be for sale in the market next week on a share that doesn't hit daily volumes of 100k.

Being listed in the US does not provide value, it offers more liquidity. We've also been told a US listing is forthcoming for around 4 years.

I have to go off the lack of information we have on QGP and assume they will need to sell some of their position in VLRM in order to fund the coupon. Else why include the ability to be able to sell a % of their holding each month? As I say, hopefully I am wrong but to my mind holders have seen huge dilution over recent months and would be wise to exercise caution here.

Less than two years ago the shares in issue was less than 100,000,000 we are now at over 4 times that amount with more warrants to come. The long term holders have been diluted with massively with no reward. I'd be amazed if this hits anywhere near 30p and I fear that without the share price rising above 20p the ability of QGP to pay the first coupon is in the balance. Hope I am wrong but people really need to exercise caution here as I believe some investors stand to lose a lot.

More dilution for holders coming next week then and with 1,000,000 shares to be sold a drop in share price.

I'd go along with this. I think the board clearly hoped news of the deal would come before announcing the AGM or they would not have waited until the last possible moment to announce the AGM. They have not quite got it over the line in time but to my mind new could drop any day this week or next.

I seriously doubt there is a large seller in the background on the day the new shares have been admitted to the exchange.

I really don't think it reflects well on individuals to mock others who may have made a loss on a share. Truth is you do not know anyone's personal circumstances and while we may feel resentment at how this company has been managed and run we should not take that out on others and reduce ourselves to name calling and laughing. Time to move on from this share and discussion board.
