Mixed feelings on the RNS to be honest. It wasn't too long ago that RP said no placing would be required and whenever a poster on here suggested a placing would be needed they were often shouted down as a de-ramper and told that it had come straight form the horses mouth that there would be no placing. As it is I have always felt a placing was needed to take place as the company clearly needs money to effectively market the Bridge platform and the wider intentions of the firm. If this is going to be a transformation company it needs an effective marketing campaign and that was always going to cost money.

What I am disappointed with however is the price of the warrants. The palcing not being done at a discount was encouraging but the warrants should have an exercise price higher than 80p if RP truly believes the firm should be valued at £10 per share. I think a fairer exercise price would have been the £1 mark. As it stands the warrants will probably be exercised in the next three weeks (which is fine by me as it means a sustained share price of over 80p) but it would have been nice if the exercise price had of been higher to encourage a further SP rise.

Regardless the real RNS we want to read is the OTC listing.

Good update. Still a while to go, but if there is uptake of the platform, especially in America, then this could be huge. All eyes on the OTC listing and the launch of The Bridge and, more importantly, how they market and target it.

Won't be topping up as I have just bought my first house so all my money is going into that at the moment. Very relaxed about the price here though, as you know I have this written off from PCGE and will be selling when OTC goes through and I get my original investment back when the price rises, which undoubtedly it will if they complete the OTC listing.

Yes like when he stood at the investor show in 2017 when rumors were floating that PCGE were linked with Crypto and he proclaimed he did not believe in crypto-currency and that is was a ponzi scheme.

No I wouldn't of because it is well outside my risk comfort zone and I do not think the price is sustainable. Did I invest in Ethereum when it was at £100? Yes I did, significantly, thanks. But again you are taking this all personally and going along the route of "my investment decisions are better than yours" which I am not doing, I am not questioning your investment decisions as I have already pointed out.

I will not put a timescale on the placing because that would be contrary to the point I am making like when you said Monecor RNS on 15th April and OTC on 30th April and put that across as fact. I have said it is my belief a placing would take place, and to me that makes sense to happen after OTC so as to get a higher price and reduce the dilution, we are going to need cash in order to grow the company and we will not have a large amount of revenue coming in from mining any time soon.

Again Dom, you are taking it personally. I am not questioning your reasoning for investing, or indeed your previous investment decisions I am questioning the posts and the logic behind them. On 15th April you said the Monecor RNS would drop that afternoon due to the big sales the previous few days, that was over 3 weeks ago. Share prices are driven by the fundamentals not by individuals having positive thoughts.

SarahAsh hits the nail on the head, it is not the optimism it is the claims that do not materialise, one or two is fine, you let it slide, but here it is relentless and I don't see what benefit that is to anybody.

I agree with San as well I think a placing will come along and will be needed to grow this co. RP saying no placing means very little, he said that numerous times during PCGE and a placing almost always followed shortly afterwards. I am not saying a placing will be a totally negative thing as I do think we need money to advance further.

For the record, I didn't personally insult Dom, as has been inferred by some posters. I asked a perfectly reasonable question as to the benefit of posting repetitive claims as fact that have not materialised. If you tell people we will be listed on Friday 30th April, if you post saying we will be above 40p by 6th May, if you say the Monecor RNS will drop on 21st April you have to then back it up.

I am fine if people think I am negative, I don't agree, I am just trying to be real about this. When we do list I fully expect the price to increase. All I called for was less hysteria and repetitive falsehoods being posted as fact as I don't see how that benefits anyone.

you must surely see Dom that you are in a minority there, many ex PGCE holders will want out of this. I certainly think you will be in a minority when it comes to putting more, especially into UPPT, which up until a few months ago was going to invest in cameras on roller-coasters.

The fact of the matter is there are a lot of share holders here who will want to get out given the past of PGCE, that's not to say this new company cannot go on to make some people huge sums, but there are a lot who want out and that will impact on how quickly the share price rises.

That's my final say on it anyway. You can go back to telling us we'll be listed and at 55p by 2pm tomorrow.

And my post is not negative Allan, its just a realist approach to all this. I appreciate optimism, but setting dates that come and go erodes confidence in a share and will undoubtedly play a factor in some investors decisions. Especially when it is a constant stream of the same stuff. There is a lot to be optimistic about here, but lets keep it real.

But that is just it Dom - people have joined this as they saw it rise last month. Some people bought in at 40p last month and then the price dropped back, they see your predictions on here which gives them hope, but then when none of those predictions come true it puts doubt back in their mind which results in them selling at their break even point, which is where we are now.

You are right I was in PGCE, and this is another thing you are not factoring, I am almost at my break even point from what I invested in PGCE, as will many other people and I bet you a lot of them are not going to wait around to see how this plays out if they can get back their original investment, given that trust in Richard Poulden between the holders of PGCE is at rock bottom. This is who will be selling now and in the near future.

I know a fair bit about Crypto and I do think this company has potential. I however will be out of this not long after that OTC listing because of what has gone on here before.

I have no issue with people posting but you must be able to see that constant incorrect predictions does nothing for investors. Those that bought at 40p in mid April to see the price drop to mid 20s and saw you tell them it would be fine as we'd list on April 30th to see it is still not listed will now be selling that they are back near break even.

The fact of the matter is a large number of shareholders here will be ex PGCE and will want out on the way up.

Why are people posting non stop on here with no new or meaningful information? Every day we are told by Dom-Bella certain thing swill be achieved today, whether it be the Monecor RNS that Dom announced would drop two weeks ago (still waiting) or the OTC listing Dom said would happen on Friday gone (didn't happen) or the breaking of 40p today (yet to happen). The constant posting of claiming to know timescales is a nonsense and puts people off investing, especially when none of those predictions have come true.

The news on the company website is all we have to go by as concrete evidence of what is happening, can we all just be a little patient and do something else with our days instead of posting garbage on here that does little to help anything? We will list when we get the news that we are due to list and I have no doubt that when that happens the SP will increase. 5,000% is ridiculous though.

Thanks, I am well aware what I can do, I'm also aware how much I have lost and the fact that I'd written off this sum of money so I'll see no harm in leaving it as is and see if I can recoup at least a fraction of that.

I distinctly recall when we were going into the Chinese gaming market and rumours of crypto were swirling. Richard Poulden stood at the Investor Show and announced Cryptocurrency was a scam and he would never be involved in it.

I find RP an odious man, I'll be selling and moving on as soon as I get a fraction of what I have lost back.

Feel for you Sam, know how much you put into this and the lies that have been fed to all of us along the way. I wrote off my investment here a long long time ago so it's easier to swallow but it has been a shambles for years.

Exactly how I took it as well. consolidated down and my deffered shares have now gone to the company for them to use to raise cash and further dilute me in future. I've written off my investment here a long time ago, currently need a 800% rise to just break even. Absolute joke of a company and would strongly advise anyone against investing here until news has been announced. No income for over two years. No business plan. No clue.

If you rang a buildings recption they may just be the reception for the whole building and would not necessarily know individuals within each firm there.
