You are happy with the dilution then? The salaries are not enough they need to be issued these shares to motivate them. The awarding of warrants AOTS here is crazy and you happily accept the dilution without any question.

Bash is not aware as he has not read the RNSs about the 24million warrants that will be issued later this week if the share price holds. 24million is of course nanoscale when you look at the daily trading volumes.

Because they knew they were about to drop news that would push the share price up so they could offload those shares. They are still sitting on a nice profit. But when the coupon is not paid at the end of March that will not be the case. Don't forget the extra warrants they will get if the SP stays above 10.2p for the next few days. The board are doing very well out of all this, they give with one hand and take with the other.

The deal they struck to buy the option to cancel 2,000,000 warrants from a service provider (for 10k) does not state who the service provider this deal was struck with. Looking back this appears to me like this can only be to IASL, so they have paid IASL 10k and will need to find 90k to pay them to cancel the warrants in full by 26th February or IASL can nominate a new owner of those warrants. If these are not cancelled and subsequently fall into the hands of someone already connected with the board then that will be yet another red flag that certain holders refuse to see and beleive.

Strange the updates seem to suggest Illiquid assets solutions are a service provider and the warrants were for payment of services provided. Of course we do not know what services they provided or indeed what services Illiquid assets solutions actually provide to any client or potential client because there is no information about them anywhere.

Illiquid Assets Solutions Limited btw have an expired, squarespace, website and finding any information on them at all is very difficult. They can buy 10,000,000 worth of shares for just £10,000 at any point in the next 10 years. Any new investors should be aware of that potential dilution to no benefit to the firm.

From what I can see Illiquid Asset Solutions Ltd have at least 10,000,000 outstanding warrants with an exercise price of 0.001. Gary and Grant have an option to by over a third of Illiquid Asset Solutions Ltd. Nothing dodgy going on here though guys.

PP you are the kind of person that believes HMRC are calling you about a tax rebate and then dutifully hands over your bank details.

The BOD are issuing themselves warrants with pathetically low exercise prices. They then issue themselves more on the condition certain price targets are met, you view these warrants as proof that they are focused on lifting the share price meanwhile ignoring the fact the many millions they have issued at basement prices has resulted in dilution and the chance of the target share price being hit as totally unrealistic. There is no way on this earth that coupon gets paid next month. I would suggest 11.00 is not a bad price to get out now if you can. 2mil more warrants to hit the market in two weeks time and then the news of the QGP defaulting will send this share price to sub 2p.

The allocation has now been announced so your broker should be able to tell you exactly how many have been apportioned to you. you should get this in writing to cover yourself when the shares do drop in your account early March.

I have been allocated 55% of my requested order in the WRAP offering. Will have to buy the rest in the market at these prices, I suspect may will do the same, should see a rise this afternoon as a result.

Bid now down to 10.00. The buyer of those 112 shares earlier is sitting on a loss of £1.84. Why has the market not realised what we have here? With this amount of buying in this mornings trading I have no doubt the 2,000,000 warrants that hit the market in two weeks will be hoovered up and then we will hit 20p.

Nick Hs has just turned his 7,250.00 quid investment and 62,000 shares in his SIPP in to £6,529.74. Good to get it in ahead of the the dilution of 2,000,000 warrants in two weeks time.
