Nobody has asked for an RNS today. We are saying why did they say on 10th April coupon received when no funds at that time had been received.

PP1 and Bash will never divulge their avg price here because they are down, and heavily. That is what makes it all so sad, they cannot accept the amount of money they have lost and are desperate.

BASH has posted his avg price on other boards on here when share prices have risen but he won't do it here - it is very telling.

You said multiple times that RNS are legally binding and must be factual accurate, Gary Cottle would not risk his reputation by putting out incorrect RNS.

But this RNS is incorrect in it's very nature. It states the coupon is received but then goes on to say no funds have yet been received. And so now you say "RNS do not work like that" you can't have it both ways.

I don't believe he wants the company to fold. He clearly expected the share price to rise and hold at high levels on the back of the news of the QGP deal at the end of last year. I buy in to the idea that with a higher share price QGP would offload their allowable quantity of shares in order to cover the cash coupon. The share price did not rise to the levels required and has since dropped quite dramatically. This is why Gary is so defensive and effectively telling share holders to F off. The cash coupon has not been fulfilled and the agreement between VLRM and QGP hastily re-written. There is currently no business here.

I don't think you will ever change your view PP1, you were so sure the coupon would be paid as cash and hammered that on this board constantly. When it did not materialise you didn't miss a beat in pivoting and towing the company line. It is dishonest of how you portray the company and your investment here, you cannot be happy with how all this has been handled.

I can't believe I am going to engage with you but what work have QGP actually done PP1? They have failed to come up with the full coupon as cash that you yourself assured everyone on this board would be paid in USD. As for what they get in return, well a hell of a lot of shares and warrants. Gary gives with one hand and takes with the other as has already been pointed out his average price is a lot lower than most here and he is not working for free.
