Something I am struggling with here so would welcome any guidance, why would an Institutional Investor buy VGOLD-CORE tokens when they could just buy gold? Why buy gold that is still in the ground when you can just buy gold?

Why do you want this to be an echo chamber of just people saying how glorious Gary is and how much of a great deal the QGP deal has turned out. You don't like my posts because I point out the holes in this. Well facts don't care about your feelings Bash. QGP have failed to deliver the 3.9mil USD coupon as part of the original deal. QGP have failed to pay in full the revised down $300,000 USD. The bid price of 3.00 reflects the feelings of the market that there is little substance here.

Correct, they will do their due diligence, and that is exactly where VLRMs problems lie. The institutional investor will walk away. In order for VLRM to make their VGOLD-CORE tokens liquid they need to find a buyer to offload them to.

The best bit is that they think those that are sceptical or negative towards this deal are traders. Well thanks to the spread if I had bought yesterday I would still be down today despite the rise in share price.

Nobody is trading this share, people are just rightly pointing out the gaping holes here.

Is the TG back open? It is odd how there is no mention of the 300k cash in this RNS, how much did we receive? Are future coupons just VGOLD-CORE now? I was of the belief they would be a mix of cash and VGOLD-CORE. This is not the deal announced to the market in January of which a lot of people invested on the back of.

He could start by being transparent on the QGP deal. The share price hasn't dropped because the market are happy with the updates Gav. He could tell us how much money to date GQP have sent our way. He could be clear with the reasoning behind us no longer investing in Blubird. He could re-open the TG that was only meant to be closed for a weekend. If you say we are going to get 300k USD in 4 working days time and you will update the market once received and you then say 5 days later we have some of it in but do not divulge how much the market are not going to like that. You say you are enjoying the ride but are you happy with the share price dropping down to 3p? Do you think the share price would be 3p if the coupon of 3.9mil had been paid? I don't.

I think that is what a lot of people feel. Gary says he would be happy to make unhappy shareholders ex shareholders by buying their shares from them. But if he did his job and got the share price up those unhappy shareholders will gladly leave breakeven. People are that far down 3p to 0 is small compared to how much they are already down.

Why are we taking 5% stake in a company we do not think is worth the full investment? If it is a good investment then invest the full original allotted amount for which there was a placing to part fund. What has changed and why are we not told? Odd the decision to end investment stopped following the default of QGP to deliver $3.9mil USD, could it be we don't have the funds to fund the full investment?

You can't get more liquid than $3,900,000 Bash. Dress it up how you want, the failure of QGP to pay this first coupon as cash in full is alarming, their inability to stump up just 300k is a disaster. I'm glad you are starting to see some of the wood from the trees Bash but, as has been said, 900k to Blubird in exchange for some measly tokens of little value and a small share in a private company we no longer feel deserves our full backing is also a concern.

They are not two separate thing sin the sense that they replaced the $3.9mil USD but they are two separate things in the sense that the definitive agreement is still being agreed while the $300k USD was agreed and QGP have simply either refused to pay it or are unable to pay it. The board said they would notify the market when the full 300k has been received and that it would take 4 working days from Friday 10th April inclusive. why are we still waiting with no explanation? Why does this not bother you? 3.9mil down to 300k down to an unspecified amount received.

The agreement and the 300k USD are two separate things. The 300k USD payment has already been agreed, QGP have just failed to deliver it in full to us. I'd say that is quite important. How can we trust that they will deliver on the agreement when they cannot deliver on the 300k USD they promised and when they failed to deliver the $3.9mil to us. Concerning.

We've forked out 900k to Blubird in return for ~5% stake in a company we no longer feel the original investment was worth it (which was in part funded by a placing and further dilution). Does Gary not think we deserve to know why we are ceasing this investment in Blubird but still see them as good enough to retain a stake in the business? Or is it because we are short cash following QGP's continued default.

Actually in the early days Poulden did say "p*ss off to all the non-believers" but then again that was the same entity and investment so no sure it counts. And anyway look how that turned out.

If Gary is fed up of me, a very small share holder, typing messages on an LSE message board, raising my concerns with a deal that has fallen apart at the first hurdle then we have a lot bigger problems than I thought. He should be focused on his job, delivering shareholder value and chasing QGP for the first payment of $300k and not reading LSE message boards. I've never been invested in a company where a board member or CEO has behaved in that way.

And only 10 days until we enter in to the definitive agreement with QGP...I wonder if we will receive the full 300k USD before that time. 5 working days and 30 days cannot be the same length of time.

Slightly concerning we have not been informed that VLRM has now received the full 300k USD from QGP as promised. Seems strange QGP would agree to pay 300k USD if they did not have it immediately so why have they not paid it across to us yet? Why have our board not informed us the exact sum in cash received thus far? We're now 3 weeks since the original coupon was meant to be paid, it was concerning that the full 3.9mil USD coupon was not paid. It was alarming that this was negotiated down to 300k USD. It is a disaster that we have not even received this 300k and our board keeps us in the dark over the funds received.
