Bid down to 2.5. I really hope people have only put in what they can afford to lose and this does not impact them too much. Given QGP have not stumped up the full $300k then I fear a fundraise will be coming down the line before long which will involve further dilution for shareholders. I really feel for those convinced to invest on the back of the QGP announcement at the turn of the year and the interviews Gary was giving. Everyone needs to take responsibility for their ow investment but it does feel like the wool has been pulled over people's eye here and the deal has been altered without much explanation by the board. All we have is their word that they have billions in AUM. Their word is now trashed following them giving us their word that they would pay 300k USD by yesterday and failing to do so.

QGP are in breach of contract however you dress it up. this is meant to be an entity that has billions in AUM that cannot stump up $300k - 3.6million less than it was due to pay.

This follows on from another disastrous failed funding deal with DMC. Last week the CEO told holders basically to F off and he did not feel they deserved answers to valid questions. We have seen the withdrawal from Blubird investment for unspecified reasons.

The fact of the matter is VLRM will need funding to meet its basic admin costs (including salaries for the board). Where is that funding going to come from now that QGP cannot stump up a measly 300k? Another retail offer round that fails to meet the target?

Can someone help clarify if "received" has the same meaning as the 10th April RNS which meant they had not received? Or are they using the English definition today and they have actually received something (in between $1 and $299,999) in their account?

I'm not angry with myself at all, I wrote this investment off years ago pal.

But you are coming on here daily and spamming the board with incorrect information in a bid to stop actual facts being presented. You said you could see the full coupon being received, this was a lie. You said the $300k had been received, this was a lie. You are now dishonestly saying the coupon has been received and the hold back of some funds is to negotiate.

If you are so confident please buy more shares today at this low level.

I am not fascinated with you PP1, you are going to lose a lot of your money here, you are already down else you would divulge your average price. I am concerned with ensuring others do not lose large amounts of money by thinking this company is anything other than a dead duck.

"Valereum can go ahead without QGP." - then why don't they? Cancel those shares and warrants gifted to QGP and go it alone, that would have been a much better RNS today.

We are being shafted PP1.

If I run a business and a funding partner comes onboard we negotiate and then sign that deal. If they then do not stick to that deal and come back in and ask to re-negotiate I have aright to be p1ssed off but I might work with them to come to a new agreement. If we then reached anew agreement and signed off on that deal and then a week later they came out to me and said they cannot fulfil that new deal I would be cutting ties with them, no questions asked. We're meant to be running a business not be getting played by a supposed partner. What value does any of this bring?

They already negotiated the deal and then renegotiated it. Why does the agreed deal keep falling through and need rengotiating?

A better RNS today would have been VLRM saying QGP have failed to pay the $300,000 and so VLRM have retained the shares and warrants originally issued to QGP and cancelled them and the agreement is now ceased.

Why are we continuing to work with an entity that are working in bad faith?

So they defaulted on the original coupon, renegotiated to pay the majority in magic beans and pay us just 300k USD and we were told, by way of a legally binding RNS, this was agreed and we would have the cash by yesterday. QGP are now not paying us the full 300k because they want to renegotiate as well? Sounds very underhand and I don't think VLRM should be engaging in good faith with them considering the same courtesy is not being shown back.

So QGP are not paying us the full $300,000 so they can negotiate better with us in how much CORE-GOLD tokens they have to give us? Why are they trying to shaft us if they own almost 50% of VLRM?

How much cash has been received PP1? Tried researching it myself but could not find any information on it. As you know all about your investments what is the total amount in USD received so far by VLRM from QGP?

What do you think has moved the share price from 19p down to 3p in less than 6 months? I don't think it is all the buying.

Because, unlike PP1, I think you are reasonable and I think it would be transparent for you to share your average price so we can understand your situation and why you refuse to be critical of the BOD and the situation we find ourselves in. You have been more than happy to share your AVG price on other stocks so why not this? I hope there is a way out of this for you.
