In your summary of the call you said the company expect the cash portion to be in-between 0.5mil and 4mil, is this for each quarterly coupon of the total for the year? 4mil would exceed the 3.9mil USD expected.

According to the RNS we should see the cash on or before Wednesday 8th April and not Friday 10th April.

I thought you were worried about posts which are factually and intellectually inaccurate Bash?

Regardless QGP have defaulted on the coupon and nobody knows what the value of the cash portion despite talks around this having been ongoing for 2-3 weeks and due in the next 4 working days.

So the talk about how the coupon would be paid have been on going for 3-4 weeks, but the cash element of that has not been agreed despite Valereum expecting receipt in 5 working days? This is not a serious or professional outfit.

Bash did Gary say how much they will be receiving as cash for this coupon? Given it is to be received in the next 5 days I assume this amount has already been agreed.

Any decent CEO who knew the market and holders were looking to see if this coupon would be paid, and in cash, on 29th March would have negotiated cash for the first coupon and announced future coupons would be cash and VGOLD after VGOLD approvals had been given. This would have boosted the current share price and allayed the fears of current and potential share holders in one swoop. The fact this was announced after QGP defaulted and before all approvals on VGOLD are in place stinks. It's a slap in the face for shareholders.

Why was this new agreement drawn up now? Why was it not announced weeks ago? Seems strange this is announced the day after QGP defaulted on the coupon. It's almost as if they threw this together over the weekend and an investor call then had to be arranged in a hurry when they saw the SP tank and that the market didn't like the news. Gary being aggressive just shows his back is against the wall. This is dead, if you didn't get out today get out tomorrow when this rises slightly on the back of the Telegram throwing more money at a lost cause.

Ok, well then I cannot take what you are saying as truthful. The BOD should be giving this kind of information via the RNS issued this morning and not jus to a select few who have his ear, if we are to believe you.

It is life changing in the sense it will negatively impact you. You attitude towards today's RNS shows you will never be able to view this company for what it is, I thought QGP defaulting would make you start to question things but alas it has not and you will not believe otherwise even if the company delists and ceases trading. As a result I'll no longer converse with you, a waste of both our time.

Can you share a screenshot of this communication with the CEO saying this? Why was that not included in the RNS? They should be doing all they can to allay the very legitimate concerns of investors.

If you are confident and happy with today's RNS Bash then you should be comfortable telling us your holding and average price.

What is the total sum of cash they will receive? They fail to mention that.

I'd also be curious to know what the total quantity of shares they sold in the last three months - be interesting to see if the cash being paid correlates with the amount of shares sold by QGP since Jan.

The investor call is a waste of time, they will pick questions ahead of the call that they are comfortable answering, any difficult questions that could potentially reflect badly on the company will be thrown in the bin.

Bottom line is this QGP have defaulted on the payment. Yesterday they hurriedly tried to arrange a new agreement which is what we have today. This is not what share holders were told would happen and it needs to be called out. Why do QGP not have the cash when we have been told they have billions under management and this was all backed by Lloyds.

It is horrible to see people losing money on the back of falsehoods and out right lies. Get out now while you can.

I'm confused PP, you said on Friday the coupon would be paid in USD today. Why have Valereum not confirmed receipt? All due diligence is done and we've been waiting months for the first coupon, what regulatory hurdles are now needing to be leaped before Valereum gets the money due? Payment date is 29th March meaning record date would have been some time before this date, QGP have defaulted if they have not paid on time, i e. On 29th or the next available working day.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Sorry you didn't get your full 2mil but also glad that all those that were able to participate have been treated on the same terms as 55%.
