Yes, funding will surely come after the FDA meeting but I think 5p is pessimistic and doesn't really make sense.

My take is that post-FDA meeting, there will either be a realisation that it is impossible to move forward (no matter what further research is done) - an unlikely event IMO - or there will be a concrete path forward that likely leads to approval. At this point, the share price should rise and "final hurdle" funding can be done through a share dilution at greater than the current price.

No idea what you 2 are arguing about but I don't think you can easily tell just by looking at trade data how much an individual has bought or sold. I've bought/sold numerous times and mostly it gets hidden amongst the proxy shares owned by my broker.

Yes you're right Vascular, I don't think the theory is completely solid then but it's something that crossed my mind anyway.

The FDA did give a very specific request so it seems they don't mess around. Hopefully it's just some more detailed toxicity charts that were missed off the application rather than some critical data that has been missed from the application that would cause a full rejection.

hanibal, you take a risk as financing may not be required depending on what information the FDA needs at the 30-45 day follow up meeting. Sod's law says they probably will need financing, but logically it seems right now it might not be required.

This really is a full lottery ticket share. Could go crazily upwards any day, but could just drift into oblivion. If only PS was a better communicator!!!

No Bottomzup, there has been a truly epic amount of confusion about dates especially after the last RNS where the dates appeared to move.

Got to agree PrivateRyan. He sounded just like someone trying not to sound exasperated. He must be gutted, and I think there is still hope (IMO which is why I am now invested).

Honestly, with a product like this with very similar liver toxicity and better kidney toxicity to an existing product but that has not had any AB resistance from superbugs (yet) it's extremely hard to see this not being approved by the FDA. Bring on the FDA meeting!

No Ian.B!!! It was *kidney* injuries that showed the difference. Liver injuries were similar.

Hmm, my conclusion from this is that liver toxicity is about the same as vancomycin and kidney toxicity much less. From that poster it looks like it beats vancomycin.....
