Hi C7...I hope all is well with you, I know that you like your football so I expect that you are pleased the season has started again.
I appreciate the volume is low but the graph from last year to now tells a depressing story. .. and in such contrast to progress in our trials. Just dont understand. I was sad for Lochlass needing to sell ....you can sometimes " feel" others disappointment. I really hope we make it to your 50 p target and i see no reason why we shouldn't if we have a bit of positive news. Depending on what the trigger was ..I too have this an an exit price for half of my shares. Guess we were all both right and wrong about this being our transformational year. Correct in that this year we really have progressed on the trials ...but so far no reflection in the share price. I really hope Covidity and Moditope are working hard both for us and patients. Despite my disappointment at the share price I'm not selling at this level having held for such a long time and all the way down to single figures. All long term holders certainly deserve a break on this one.

At this rate of decline month on month ...cash in the bank will be greater than the share price ....perhaps that may finally trigger a bid : )))

Burble, if SCLP did turn down an offer of $200m for immunobody ....I don't think shareholders would have been too chuffed...$200m and we would not have had to accept dilution from Redmile.

Having looked at interest rates ..3% at best...and looked at the potential downside and upside of SCLP.... its worth the risk / reward.

Matt, it's very depressing...50 % down since Jan in our transformational year and nothing to suggest that there any issues with Covidity or Modi1. Certainly wasn't expecting this decline. Almost a year since FPD with Covidity so something has to give pretty soon...no wonder there isn't wider interest in Sclp from a Covid "play".
Kinda given up Covidity adding any value and pinning all my expectations on the Modi trial. After all this is why i invested in the first place.
Very positive we are 2 weeks post the full dose being given with no adverse effects released.
Guess 2023 will be the year !!! and hopefully it will be pennies to pounds...

This week we had excellent news from Sclp but finished with an SP lower than we started : (
Reading all the posts over the last few days... we only have to suffer this torment for one more year ....max. By then we will surely know about Covidity and Modi1 and the chance someone takes a bite at one of the Mabs. Currently I don't know what's worse to watch.....low interest rates / high inflation eroding capital... or my dwindeling investment in Scancell. I guess with Scancell there's a relatively good chance of beating the odds.... so staying put for one more year.

....but these 3 patients would represent a 100% response rate . These 3 patients are unfortunately dying...receiving last chance treatment... so tumor eradication would not be a statistical chance it would be the miracle of Scancell. I do get your meaning that 3 is a small number and the trial is targeting many multiples of this and it may be considered prudent to wait for a larger picture to develop. That said , if Scancell can cure this next cohort and achieve a 100% response...its surely worth all the publicity it deserves.

Chester, brilliant summary....and it really does go to show that despite all the LTH groans ( myself very much included) the clock only really started tick tocking when Redmile handed over the funds.
As long as Redmile are happy with the timeline and progress... that is all that matters.

WTP..might be but who really knows. Same as the large trades two weeks ago. Today's trade would be quite a bit for a private investor to buy/sell so it does lean towards an instutional trade. Optimistic to think it's a buy as we are in the red ...AGAIN....unless the SP has been walked down to fill these trades ??? I really don't know enough to comment and it's just idle speculation on my part as we await the elusive news flow.

Perhaps it was a Redmile " shuffle " between its funds ??? Remember the 4.5 million trade months ago...we never got to the bottom of that one either.

Chester, as you indicate all is going OK , we certainly haven't been informed otherwise.
Modi1.. going into week 8 with no severe adverse effects announced and Covidity plods on ... almost a year without any news on that front !

C7 ...We all have so many dreams ..myself included..I often wonder what LTH would do once they realised any gains. Knowing how many shares you guys hold this could be quite considerable even if we only reach £1.
It would be wonderful if our investment in SCLP was able to help us all achieve afew lifetime goals...both for ourselves and others.
My investment is hopefully to enable me to buy a beautiful violin with rich sounding colours..a musician would understand : ) I would then gift this to my son who has so much talent. I need around £60000 to achieve my dream instrument. Totally out of my reach. This may sound absolutely frivolous to some but having helped to fund SCLP in all but one funding rounds I would also get immense pleasure in knowing that I helped save afew lives if Scancell also achieved their goal. So... whatever your goals I wish all LTH the very best of luck as we approach the home run.

Yes, some huge trades today and afew last Friday. As the bid hasn't risen very much to meet these trades ...how much stock do the market makers hold ?
Today starts the 7th week since FPD on the Modi-1 trial ....two citrullinated vimentin peptides given. I wonder if the citrullinated enolase peptide has been administered to this initial patient. Guess none of us know if 7 weeks is a long enough window for significant side affects from the initial jab to show up ? As it states.. SIGNIFICANT...( and this patient must be closely observed) I reckon it most probably has been given .

We are STILL recruiting for the Covidity trial but there must be some data on the initial 22 dosed....almost YEAR since FPD. With luck this initial data may trigger a deal and rapid progress but otherwise I can't see Covidity as a booster this autumn....Next year perhaps?
Scancell has done brilliantly to have a DNA vaccine in trial.....but they haven't exactly engaged warp speed : )) : ))
