Nigoil :~~~ Your suspicions are probably very close to the truth . It seems that the whole investment community is riddled with dishonesty and corruption these days , but the AIM market seems to share the same bed sheets as the criminal world . Believing this , I suppose we must expect to be robbed , but I am very curious to know who or what group might have been behind this particular bear raid episode . I understand that you may not wish to speak publicly about your suspicions , and of course that raises yet another issue about todays financial and political problems !

I concur and feel I`m in the same position .
Apparently DW dislikes `The Traders` and yet his RNS and update terminology have habitually played right into their hands !
Let`s hope that today marks the start of a revaluation of the Company assets and it`s share price .

I suspect there may have been a few sell on open orders over there .
I do agree ~~~ dual listing is a real bummer , does us no favours .

BB32 : Yes , a fair point , but why not simply call out that tweet as : `No credible substance at this stage `. or something like that ?
I would still like some explanation , because it might not have been the tweet that caused such mayhem .
More importantly , let`s hope we can now move forward , and that the FO falls into place later this month .

Phew !
~~~~~ BUT , what on earth was all that negativity about in Fridays` RNS ?
Why did it necessitate a trading halt ?
It created such a toxic atmosphere that I felt I just had to shed some .
OK , we are all responsible for our own financial decisions , but I also believe we are all very susceptible to the information provided by the people we trust and in whose efforts we have invested our funds .
I`m not at all happy about these events and I think that DW at least owes us a clear explanation .
(I`m not very confident that this will be forth coming)
Anyway , very relieved to see that the project is looking more positive .

I cannot confirm that the account is legit, it just looks fairly professional from the content that I looked at.

The actual wording of their tweet was:-

" Winx1- early signs of a commercial discovery drilling deeper" ..

IF , it ever comes to light that this RNS was worded to deliberately suppress the share price either to let `some` in , force some out , create opportunity for key investment , etc , then Mr Wall`s reputation and integrity will severely damaged .
Somehow I doubt it because the effect has been even more devastating for RMP .
I would like to think he`s just overly cautious , but unfortunately there`s a bit of a pattern here .
Let`s hope he gets it right for the FO promised this month .

Very disappointing day , concluding with so many hopes and opinions but little clarity about what might transpire in the next few days . Understandably everyone seems focused on the sp which has been decimated (again) by an RNS which does not provide a clear description of the total situation .
MM`s have had a field day on this news release , c. 200m shares traded but hardly a rout in relation to the 6.3 B in issue
and they played the spread to perfection to maximise their return from the traders here . I hope that the majority of investors have just (just !) suffered yet another uncomfortable drop in the value of their holding and not given up on the future possible potential gain .
For those invested surely the real transformational news will be the outcome of the promised FO . I really hope this is not further delayed without some explicit information about developments on that front .

I didn`t suggest that the bid would be 1.05 tomorrow , but an uptrend often starts with an increasing spread and the bid chasing the offer . It would be encouraging to see the bid move up , not that it matters much to those of us prepared to wait patiently for more significant gains well above this little value attributable price point .

Fwiw ~~~ I believe that c. 2M Buy was transacted around 2.45pm . A demonstration of how MM`s `Manage` retail buy and sell points through delayed reporting .

You can`t sell the family silver twice .

Perhaps Mr Bud has ambitions :
1. Amass a significant shareholding which will assure him a seat on the BoD .
2. Ensure a strategy aligned with his preferences .
3. Reshape the composition of the BoD .
4. Sideline AP , assume position of CEO .
5. Ensure Vast progress to Mid Tier Miner status .
6. Achieve objective of self made Billionaire .
