People STILL seem to believe that FO news should / might / will be associated with the AGM .
Of course by coincidence it might , but , the two events are completely independent of each other and there is and never has been any responsibility to release the FO news on the day of the AGM .
Incidentally Euro markets are closed on Monday making it even less likely that FO news will be released at the AGM .
However I suspect that DW WILL confirm that the FO negotiations are on going (and perhaps looking positive ~ hoefully .) imo .

To imagine that the upcoming AGM should have any bearing on the timing of an agreement with our `Preferred Partner` is in my view quite wrong .
Quite obviously talks are ongoing and I doubt there will be any news on this front until agreement , or otherwise , is reached . Interesting that the sp seems to have been on hold for the last few weeks , and has not recovered since the Winx flop .
`Weeks not months` , usually I believe DW seems to deliver on such specifics .
If our `Preferred Partner` walks , there will be others and in the meantime there is additional news to come regarding other projects .

Unfortunately I`m somewhat locked in elsewhere at the moment .
It`s one of those `What to do ? ~ What to do ?` moments for me .

Yes , at last , absolutely the right move .
The next two moves I think will be the determinators :
1. how much money will be injected by this cornerstone investor .
2. how much money will be raised via rights .
I would expect news of 2. prior to GM .
Assuming 1and 2 success , then hopefully , we may just attract one of those 5 ( ish ! ) off take partners .
Wild card diamonds , and we could start a serious recovery .

FTB ~ a very good summary of where we might stand . I`m a bit more pessimistic about sales of PP / Eureka as any potential purchaser will have the upper hand in any fire sale negotiation and that`s how they will be viewed .No , I have absolutely no idea how they are going to restore the balance sheet . I don`t see how they can realistically raise funds in the market . I don`t see how an offtake partner is going to stump up all the cash required , and if they do , they will , I suspect require AP`s head . For all these reasons ~ and for the `other` reasons discussed ~ I conclude that the only route for the survival of VAST as a viable Romanian entity will be to take it private . That way , AP will also be a survivor .Perhaps I`m just far too cynical , far too pessimistic , but I just do not see any alternative .

Why is it rubbish , what can you possibly know that I don`t ?
If someone had called this at .003p when it was around .006p I would have called it rubbish .
As it turned out it was the management of this Company that turned out to be rubbish .
How I wish I knew then what I do know now .

Can we safely assume that they won`t / can`t issue more at c. .0010p ?
When I first bought shares here they had about 2,000,000,000. and that was post Confetti Pitchford .

I can`t for the life of me see why Mr Bud would throw a sizable chunk of cash at this , unless
~ He had been give heads up on on some master plan .
~ He`s been given a brown envelope .
~ His Romanian mine research is a personal obsession .
~ He`s a mad gambler , with plenty of cash .
or , taking the above into account :
~ He`s party to a plan to take this Private .

FWIW ~~~ Never underestimate the importance of AP `s c.10% personal stakes in the assets . I`ve seen this sort of thing before . I worked in Romania for several years (I have some understanding of their values/ethics ) . Aim provides no security .
This is surely a nightmare situation which currently will attract no sensible investors ~~~~~ unless ~~~(read above)
I retain a very small interest now , only out of interest !
