Castaway ~~~ You clearly have some in depth knowledge of the Company and you present yourself as an inveterate supporter of VAST . I certainly do not have a problem with that , your choice . This statement however suggest a more duplicitous interest in the Company :
"VAST was always a risky company to invest in but I (have for nearly 5 years), made loads, lost loads, in the end I am confident I will make plenty."
Looking at the five year chart , and having a basic knowledge of what transpired over that period , I am seriously impressed that you managed to make ANY money from your investment , unless of course with your undoubted knowledge of the business you`ve been trading the hell out of it .

What a complete disaster ~~~ well almost .
Assuming they can dispose of these entities , at the right price , because remember this will be seen as a real fire sale .
then at least the Company has a good chance of survival , and progress could be made .
BUT , as I mentioned several times before , in view of this mismanagement and conflict of interest AP just has to go .
Perhaps give him a low cost advisory role to utilise his Romanian contacts .
Also , I suspect Mr Fletcher will be taking an even greater active role in the rescue process .
As for Tucker ~~~ well if hasn`t the dignity to wake , a gentle shove over the edge is absolutely necessary , asap .
Hopefully things may start to improve .

JH ~~~ It`s just a guessing game ; could be more , or less than 400m . Price / barrel ? I haven`t a clue , but it`s $65 now not c.$40 , Then there`s the F/O , plus Yukon , Plus the rest of the acreage etc ~~~
One thing`s for certain , the Mkt Cap will be a lot higher than 7o miserable Million !

144 Million x $2 = $288 for 88e
144 Million x $5 = a hell`uva lot of money for 88e

Irrespective of the recent CR`s and 6.3 Billion shares in issue , the current sp does not seem to me to have priced in very much potential especially with the FO on the near horizon . What ever the price per barrel or th terms of the FO , surely a Mkt Cap of some 70m is just a little overly cautious .

It would indeed be absolutely brilliant , but I doubt it is ever going to happen .
BUT , irrespective of the mess these Directors have made of the business they absolutely should now demonstrate their support for the business by making some very substantial personal investment .
By not doing so they simply demonstrate their cynicism , disinterest and greed .
I see I`m not alone now in demanding that there should be a serious sHake up in the composition of the BoD .
Hopefully Mr Paul Fletcher may be the catalyst .
