"AP is responsible because instead of running the business as a CEO and getting plans in place and executing them to give share holder value, he must persist with BP and other ROM assets as a primary because he owns a % of the mines. As soon as they are operational he gets his % of the profits along with his payments for CEO of Vast."
This is singularly the biggest issue I have with Vast . It clearly explains AP`s gung-ho attitude to dilution . I have raised this issue several times before suggesting that even if AP is unwilling to divest himself of his BP interest , he should most certainly improve his personal shareholding by a very large margin . He shows NO interest in addressing this problem . Unfortunately I woke up to this issue too late , otherwise I would have been much , much more cautious regarding my interest here .
After all those bullish podcasts , statements and unfulfilled promises , as far as I`m concerned AP`s reputation remains in tatters . As I said previously , I think he should relinquish his role as CEO and fade into some advisory capacity
9probably focusing solely on Romania . Sometimes when a new CFO / FD is appointed there is a general upheaval in which these sort of board level changes do materialise . Fingers crossed !
On the positive side , I think we all have some idea about what`s coming , but even with further dilution , I think we should make some progress from this bombed out level , not because AP has suddenly changed his tune , but because we have someone who knows what he`s doing with the Compny`s finances .
~~~~ BTW ~~~ Shame on Tucker . imo .
