Castaway :... fwiw , amongst other encouraging stimulus it was that background information that drew my attention to VAST in the first place . The potential asset of course probably remains intact but some thirty years on just how up to date is the resource value ? More important for me your post raises the issue of development viability . It seems very little has been happening with these mines for the last thirty years , I don`t think there is absolute clarity about the costs and extent to which these mines will have to be refurbished before any material becomes salable , let alone profitable .
Which of course raises again a possible reason why the Rom Gov were happy to `Give them away for next to nothing`, or as you would no doubt say `AP`s great negotiating skills facilitated their purchase for next to nothing` .
Fascinating how he was able to hive off a neat little10%+ for himself .
I don`t profess to know anything like the whole true story about all this , but I would be very interested to hear the detail if anyone who has been `Groomed` would like to share it .

No , it is definitely not exactly the same story . You need to do a bit of fact checking there .
(In saying that you imply correctly that the VAST story is a disaster ~ Correct there !)
I wont waste time justifying my investment decisions elsewhere except to say that the MD of 88e is the antithesis of AP .
There are no question marks about HIS motives or integrity .
I fall into category 1 of Roadends` excellent analogy .
You sort of fall into Catagory 2 , except as I see it you are one of the ring leaders joined at the hip with AP`s appalling record and highly questionable behaviour .

Having said that , just about anyone might be preferable to the present incumbents .

I think there are about 16 million warrants left which are likely to be converted to shares before the end of this year .
It`s a negligible dilution .
It`s around 680000 GBP income to BLOE .
It`s a sign of confidence .
