I am amazed at two things from this RNS.

1) NNN's cash position was so bad they needed a raise at this point let alone £400K for 8.4%, shocking.
2) some PIs are still take positives from an RNS which clearly demonstrates NNN is burning huge cash month in month out and is only at talking stage to potential customers.

Numnuts this is a short term survival cash injection!

Hi Micho you missed a little point here yes the GBNano is now called Banburyco but it would be very unusual for a officer let alone a CEO of a PLC to form and own a company which looks judging by the name GB Nano implies it will compete with NNN or set up a company in his own name that will conduct business for NNN online.

Remember NNN only announced GB Nano after is was spotted by someone on this BB, if it hadn't been spotted would we even know about it?

Without an underlying business and doubt over any value of Cave tech NNN was and remains a cash shell albeit with less cash. Ironically the Lanstead agreement might actually be attractive to an incoming RTO.

Hi ExMS if the SA needed funding the raise would have to have been on based on the incoming SA target business case.

IMO they wrote Duffers and McNamara's cash bonus plan and new options for completing a SA because they had a deal in place but it fell over at DD or for some other reason, probably Duffers wanted to stay CEO and after a while they realised he was a turnip head.

The SA should be added to the ever growing list of Duffers failures to deliver.

Trisor the R&D deals before Christmas are not in an RNS just a hoped for comment in a flaky interview.

There have been various RNSs about a "pipeline of interest" If Duffers updated by RNS with time lines for the R&D agreements it would have a more creditability than some half baked staged interview.

The junior staff all bought the same and the same amount of of shares which to me looks like they were gifted the cash to buy in, Caveboy also bought at this time a nominal amount which made no sense apart from IMO trying to assure the market generally and Lanstead in particular the staff and directors were believers.

The BODs and Junior staff all bought within a few days of each other and none have bought or sold before or after this event. Strange they are not averaging down is it not?

ExMS you are spot on Lanstead would have not only met Duffers numerous times they'd have had pre deal presentations which would include real burn rate and future direction/strategy so would have good insight.

Lanstead are also the largest shareholder so Duffers would want to keep them onside, his side that is which he'd do by keeping communications open albeit without passing privileged information, However Lanstead could ask "what with the R&D agreements you say you'll sign before Xmas?" if Duffers reply was vague and woolly then Lanstead would have to consider what action to take.

However Lanstead came to their decision do bail they did it with more information and insight than anyone on this board.

Thanks for agreeing with 90% of what I post but I must address two of your points.

You aslo say "communication has slightly improved," I think not, they are just replying politely to your email saying when news is available they will update the market, which they have to by law and stating they are midfull about improving new flows, well on and off they have been saying that since duffers joined an dindeed before.

You also say "the general message is hold and watch, looks like we will here any day." nothing you have posted saying what they said would indicate they are telling you to hold, to give you any indication of what to do or indeed and hint of news before the whole market simultaneously would also be against the law.

Nanoo I disagree with at least 90% of what you post when you are on your happy pills and suspect you are making most of it up.

ExMS the funny thing is Lanstead could risk staying in a longer and show support for NNN because if they lost a few shekel's in first few months they still have 20 months and 503M shares at 25% discount to correct any early losses and make a profit overall.

Clearly they have no faith is this shower either.

CP13 if Duffers had anything to say which would improve the instalments from lanstead he would do it and do it now, as things stand the sharing agreement is on track to bring in less than £1M over two years. Gross incompetence from BODs but please keep backing them if only to keep me chuckling at your posts.
