Well been huge volume today by those averaging down and day traders, the latter without profit or loss will now be looking to get out before SP returns to its normal downward trend.

ExMS NNN have 23Billion shares of which just under 2.9B are allotted. At AGM I recall shareholders passed a resolution allowing 1.1B shares could be allotted by BODs so after Lanstead and today 222M they have circa 300M share they can still allot without going to shareholders for authority.

Judging by how much cash NNN have got through 400K wont keep the project going for long. I wonder if Caveboy put his foot down..... with this issue he still has 10.1% just enough to call an EGM himself.

Don't know if he has the balls or would know what to do going forward if he did but he still can.

trisor why does it matter its a 400K punt ETX might have placed it with one party or a 1000 parties. Either way it doesn't matter there motive was a huge discount on liquid shares.

To be fair to TB we mostly voted against his warrants which was £8M cash for about 400M shares, guess we'd bite him arm off now.

Its a 400K punt, small beer for them and worst case scenario for them is they own 8.4 of a RTO vehicle.

No Trisor we don't need clarity of what discussions means its a simple word look it up in the dictionary. FFS If any of these "discussions" were likely to land anything in next few weeks they would not have raised 400K today but waited.

Trisor Duffers has just raised 400K to be able to keep talking to potential customers. If they are really talking to household names interested in NNN nano tech these household names WILL be researching all possible partners and technology. Each "household name" might be is discussions with multiple nanotech companies. The chances of anything materialising from NNN current bag of tech and contacts is minimal.

RTO outlook depends on how quickly and where target is in its development. The longer this drags on the worse NNN position and hence outcome for current shareholders.

Why would they want a UK listing? its a "Mittelstand" which have a history of not cashing in but keeping in family over generations.

Trisor I don't actually think NNN will fail it'll just languish around 0.1 until the lanstead agreement expires in 20 months

Hopefully Duffers will start cost cutting ASAP inc himself to1 day a week (he wont go voluntarily) then the Lanstead monthly instalments might be enough to keep NNN's AIM listing and during the next 20 months NNN will be a RTO vehicle.

Cash4Q it wasn't a the cosmetic co it was a wellbeing company moving into cosmetics for the first time. It was only an R&D project which NNN hope might turn into a commercial agreement at some point in the future.

This is to keep the payroll going so they can keep talking. The Lanstead agreement brings in 25-30K at this level and burn rate of at best 150K maybe 200K a month the maths does not look pretty.

When those discussion end the same way as all Duffers other discussions what happens then?

LOL at trisor. It's one thing to day trade this but to still talk of NNN as an investment based on a statement by Duffin who does not mention any of his past near deals is amazing stupidity, it really is.

NNN is out of cash, they have burnt through all the money you said they'd still have and the Lanstead deal (you dont understand) doesn't even cover half the BODs wages.

If they don't get a deal in 3-6 months its over and out or raise more funds buy which time 400K will get 25 to30% of NNN

After 18 months in charges NNN are only in discussions with potential customers.
