Callit you are delusional. I cant see a property owner or manager communicating with the employees or tennants about the benefit of filters. Even it was is their modus operandi to do such they would be creating a legal liability if someone then got Covid into long Covid at work.

Commercial property owners and managers will operate to the level set out by regulations and law for each part of their building from to parking to lifts to heating, to every aspect. I doubt they would fit anything which is not specified by regulation or health and safety standards.

ExMS I don't think NNN can sell this into the NHS or any business clearly they had opportunities but I still believe there is a market for the elderly, vulnerable and apprehensive. NNN just don't know how to sell.

NFF Lanstead reason for being in business is to make money out of the sharing agreements it enters into with Small Caps and indeed investors have put money into Landstead on that basis.

It is the BODs role to build value and support the share price of NNN not Lansteads and if they don't see news flows of deals and technology that will drive the SP up they will ensure they don't lose money to protect their investors positions. They will sell simple as....

If the share price remained around the level of the sharing agreement start date, say 0.4 Lanstead would make 22K a month so over £500K in 24 months for an investment of £65K

NFF Lanstead have not invested they got 535M shares which they pay for in 24 instalments at 25% of the prevailing rate at the time of each instalment. Even if the share price is declining then providing they run a stop loss policy they simply can't lose money and will still make a few shekels. Plus they have a buffer of 35M free shares.

I doubt Lanstead know any more than we do as ExMS says they are not entitled to material info before the market.

I also doubt a second raise would be possible as they will only do max 29% of a company, they had 22% so even after sell off they still have approx 19-20% and at this price a new sharing agreement would bring is less than 20K a month.

DrM I agree its really hard to understand what the marketing person does every day (could at least update all teh websites), the sales director who was an account manager for a PPE business, COO doing what exactly, CFO when when Chairman is an accountant and used to do NNN accounts and indeed COO is a fully qualifies accountant, they probably have others in accounts. What can they have been doing for the last year just beggars belief.

TheSyrup, I only recall that Lanstead had to notify NNN at a certain level of share sales. Which would indicate no they don't have to notify the market and they are not insiders just passive shareholders.

I can only think it PIs using platforms that don't give a preview with a few seconds to complete the trade so they do an actual test purchase, then if price is what expected then they buy.
