CP13 Volz do look like a good mittelstand but they have zero responsibility to NNN shareholders. Volz have said nothing about the HVAC project we are wholly reliant on snippets from NNN, I doubt many still trust the utterances of NNN

Lanstead get 25% discount on the SP whenever they pay an instalment. I would imagine it easier for them to make money on rising share price than a stagnating share price or heaven forbid a declining share price so no they wouldn't want news flow to be stopped however pathetic it may be.

Matluc, if the news you are are expecting to create a spike is (a) Duffers alluded to new R&D agreement or even 3 of them and or (b) Duffers finally announces Volz are starting production.

These wont help much even if each R&D contract is worth more than £300K and the Volz contract will bring P2F 500K profit per annum for x years, any upside will be sold into squashing any spike before it gets traction esp if Lanstead decide to take profits.

And lets face it if there is any news it wont be this good, IMO.

It took Cave less than six months to go from mask idea to complete product including signed off as a medical device and being manufactured. HVAC filters is now 18 months form proof of concept and still no sign of a finished product which can be sold. Held up by leach testing you must be joking they'd have known months a go this was required and would have it scheduled in done and dusted.

As for GB Nano website must be getting on for 10 months since they formed a company for this idea, how long does it take to put up a decent website 10 days, 10 weeks no in nanoland 10 month plus.

Not that it matters leach testing in itself is irrelevant.

Listed companies are legally obliged to announce material information to the market by RNS.

IMO Leach testing in itself is not material as it only gives Volz or other interested parties the last thing they need to start making and selling the NNN treated material in HVAC filters. An order from Volz to the JV would be material information requiring an RNS but why bother posting an RNS about the leach tests if no orders are forthcoming or until you have an order.

The NNN numnuts may well post an RNS about leach testing prior to any commercial contracts but personally I cant see why they'd bother.

Micho it is not a lack of lack of shareholder communication its a lack of business activity. NNN are legally bound to update market on material information they just don't have any and in my opinion wont have any for the foreseeable future.
