It shard to understand why you think Duffers has a contract to announce, he said he renegotiate all existing agreements, he, put in place an international network of distributors, he has not brought one commercial partner to the table in over a year, failed to move any of the masks back end of 2021 when compulsory and followed previous management in adding to list of HVAC delays and excuses.

Duffers only constructive achievement is amending his option plan and even that failed for him.

To your questions, does NNN have legs

NNN has market valuation >10 times its asset value and about 500 times turnover and obviously forget ratio to EBT EBIT or EBITDA.

Without any contracts which generate revenue NNN is massively over valued with a share price held up by hope and holders who do not want to crystallise their losses.

NNN is a complete basket case its only value is as a cash shell.

Trisor, the Lanstead contribution should no difference to news flow if NNN has material news they have to use the RNS system but yes you may well get news which is not material of smoke and mirrors to try to bolster the share price.

If Lanstead are to make some money or maybe make sure they dont lose money Id imagine they will be selling by now so the market will need to absorb 22M shares a month Good job you, rong53 and CP13 are happy buyers.

ExMS they had 1.7M end of June but as they burned £2M in six month to June 30th it would be fair to guess they have a less than 3!M now even with the Lansead cash coming in.

ExMS hate to correct you but at the current share price the Lanstead Sharing Agreement will bring in 63K this month.

Callit when Volz have this on their website then yes there will be revenue for the JV but the nano spray for the filtered material is only a small part of the actual filter so don't expect huge revenue for the JV of which NNN will only share 51% of these profits, this in itself is not a game changer for NNN.

Good find ExMS, G1 have a HVAC filters ready to go and can be bought off their site, they also have masks including a N95 - FFP2 all with covid killing nano tech and a surface spray although not sure this has the nano tech. Either way ahead of NNN which to be fair doesn't take much doing.

Cuvio, we were told of only two makers, P2F using the defunct Lemu machine and Volz so based on what we know its is fair to assume Volz made the lions share of those masks. So the relationship between P2F and Volz is one pays an dthe other does so it fair to assume Volz dont have anything to lose and even then not showing much commitment to the cause

Cuvio, that’s the point they needed inducing with the JV to participate. With Nnn providing all the funding, paying to convert the factory, and the IP.

If it was such a good idea Volz would be desperate just buy the material and do all the work.
