CP13 Volz did proof of concept 18 months a go, they put £1 into JV so really not super committed but at least JV had an agreed business plan which presumably involved NNN paying to convert Volz factory, this plan was changed because NNN said they didn't want to pay for this conversion and the directors of Volz were issued bundles of warrants to convert factory, as those warrants are effectively worthless for the foreseeable we have not had an update on how the factory conversion will be paid for.

Test, test, test and test but is there a commercial agreement to convert the factory and move forward?

2. Spent a lot of time dealing with historic issues yes but £500K mask write off and getting rid of all non P2F subsidiaries was done in year ending 31st Dec not in the 6 months covering the interims, so why is he still using this lame excuse?

There is nothing in the interview except, waffle, BS and contradictions. NNN needs contracts with a commercial value and orders.

There may be one or two naïve enough to believe in NNN but really most know this is a company with a little IP with not the faintest idea how to monetise it.

the fact there are no sales and no monitory contracts speak louder than words on this BB and indeed company RNS's

RNS are for reporting material information and any monitory value of the agreement for a company who has 10K sales in six months would indeed be material.

On that basis it is fair to assume this is free work.

NNN has no sales so they are not "making" anything unless of course they are stock piling nano shyte no one want to buy. That is possible because they did make a pile of masks they couldn't sell writing off £500K in the process

Cuvio two work packages does not mean " new research agreement in two of the defined business cases" the two packages of work could and probably do mean for the singularly mentioned "cosmetics sector".
