Its neither a spike nor a long upward trend. Through Sept the trajectory was 0.56 to 0.33 until Duffers BS interview on the 4th Oct which stopped the decline. Since the BS interview SP has been flat round 0.35 on low volumes until the 26th Oct when it went to 0.4s on decent volumes and since the 27th SP been pretty flat around 0.4s with very low volumes.

I doubt there will be any news anytime soon so expect a return to the trajectory prior to Duffer BS interview, might be wise to sell sooner rather than later.

Sorry Micho but apart from little play on words at the end the comment below makes sound business sense, NNN should get any orders they must outsource any production because NNN doesn't have manufacturing expereince, sourcing raw material - parts, manufacturing machinery, the scale of property, the HR bandwidth so doesn't need the mega tonnage allowed under REACH.

NNN dont need this capacity to expand they had less than 10K sales in six months to June 30 and not announced any new sales since, they can expand plenty without Reach.

NNN need contracts (commercial ones) if R&D then obviously they don't need Reach and if by some miracle they get contract for products using NNN's IP they should, after the mask debacle outsource production so still don't need Reach.

On 18th March 2022 Duffers registered a company call GB Nano where he was only director and sole shareholder.

There was no announcement about GB Nano we only found about it because an eagle-eyed PI discovered this company posting about it on this BB.

Then on the 5th of July Duffers changes GB Nano’s name to Banburyco which duffers still owns personally.

Also on the 5th of July NNN wholly owned subsidiary Nanosynth (medical) LIMITED had its name changed to GB Nano.

I think the first company announcement about GB Nano was 4th July RNS which you have quoted from.

So do you or anyone have any ideas why Duffers would set set up a company called GB Nano in his own name 3.5 months before NNN?
