Cuvio the NNN defenders voice of sanity comes to Micho Lin Mans rescue. Unfortunately it looks like NNN have a silent JV partner doing nothing.

A JV partner who has invested just £49.00 so far and to progress had been granted the potential to profit on warrants to convert the factory instead of the payment NNN were supposed to make but with those warrants effectively underwater with NNN not reverting to paying why would Volz bother to progress after they had a deal of being paid or warrants to convert the factory.

I can not see any sign of action from Volz, just words from NNN. As per my post earlier today words from NNN usually result in nothing materialising.

After 18th months since proof of concept and much ramping about HVAC by the usual suspects on this board and hot air from Duffers the PIs need deeds not worthless words.

Correction deal to convert the factory was 9 months a go.

CP13 I hope this works out for you and Im wrong but as far as I can tell Volz have invested £49.00 in a JV and I cant see any additional commitment yet in two weeks time the JV will be 1 years old.

18 month since proof of concept and yes a year since the JV announced and we were told there was an agreed business plan. Clearly the first 12 months of this plan said "sit on hands and do nothing".

Why was a deal put in place 6 months or more a go to get the factory converted if they still had to wait for leach testing and approval, surely you can see this is one excuse after another.

Whilst the mask project was **** up after **** up at least they made some within 5 to 6 months unlike this HVAC project where after 18 month nothing has materialised.

PS Goldwater if NNN Volz ever produce a filter it will kill viruses for months not 7 days
