EGM can only be called by Caveboy or Lanstead, but with a combined 30plus% if they felt so inclined they can push him out just with the threat of an EGM, the problem they have is who replaces Duffers. Lanstead cant be an insider and Caveboy is a dunderhead.

Don't know why anyone would expect an RNS before Christmas based on Duffers Oct 3 interview. He has said and posted RNSs about a lot of things since joining on 1st Sept 2021 and I for one cant think of one thing he said he was going to do which actually became reality. Stand to be corrected but honestly go back and read his strategy update 2 months into the job on 30th Nov 2021 it is all utter baloney.

Duffers had a stock pile of masks which we as shareholders all think/thought was a great product. Duffers said he was going to turn up the marketing and sell direct off own website. This was when masks were mandatory yet they sold none and ended up writing off the stock. How can you have faith in anything Duffers says or his competence?

International distribution channel IS being setup, he said IS but it wasnt they were just words, there are more examples than you can shake a stick at.

Having failed to sell any masks under Dufffers stewardship when masks were mandatory is a clear sign of incompetence then to withdraw from a perfectly good market place writing off £500K of stock is a clear sign of commercial stupidity.

Not to have been in China the last 12 months knocking on every door possible demonstrates either lack of imagination or lack of belief in the technology.

No orders from Volz or anyone else 12 month after JV with Volz was formed and they were working on this 6 month prior to JV so 18 months in total, it is shocking and now highly likely this like all other Cave ideas will come to nothing.

GB Nano first formed in March so after 5 years with Cave making nano products and trialling them around the world you'd think NNN would have at least one nano product to put on the alleged website.

R&D contracts are a waste of time, selling the bodies with the so called knowledge base and know how to do R&D for a third party wont justify even this share price.

NNN put out "Willy nilly news" 4 days after the Lanstead agreement. An R&D agreement with no commercial value attached, no name of company and no agreement on what happens after R&D stage a year or more down the road. Certainly doesn't strike me as material news which should go out by RNS, how "Willy Nilly" do you want.

CP13 in case you hadn't noticed Duffers said NNN are out of the mask business because it is not viable. You might want to consider if masks business was not viable why will filter material be?

Maybe that's the reason for the delay no one wants to pay a premium

Duffers released video to stop share price sliding and it worked. If I recall correctly he did not promise or say anything concrete just used works like hope to or could expect, these mean maybe and even then fairly tenuous outlook to base anything on.

Im afraid it's not about Duffers being pushed, he will release news as soon as he has any because he needs the share price up or less and less money comes from Lanstead, at this level they will be paying 0.22p per share so circa £45K on next instalment.

18 months after proof of concept 1 year after creation of JV and not a product on a website an order for material or an update on production. Zilch.

I disagree, NNN went from 0.56 end of Aug to 0.33 on 3 Oct then Duffers interview and talk of updates stopped this trend but it would appear to have returned this week and if it continues on this trajectory it will be in the 0.1s. before the year is out.
