Nanoo the options covering Cave not selling are

1) He had restricted stock at the time (not unusual when selling a company to a plc, you are often bound contractually not to sell for a year or two and TB is no mug and would have put something in place).
2) He knew if he sold after his baseless tweets he'd have gone to prison.
3) Spike happened to quickly for him.
4) He is an honest person and didnt want to profit from his endless f*** ups

ExMS, agree and on the sale of those shares I think Lanstead made circa £120k profit which is enough to pay for at least Jan Feb and Mar instalments. On that basis by April 1st Lanstead will still retain 19% of NNN for is now for FREE, 110M shares they can still dump and the £20K cash.

Is he saying these projects are the 7 verticals first announced more than a year a go albeit it was initially 8 or HVAC filters passed proof of concept 18 months back to much fanfare at the time or the 3 R&D agreements to be signed before Christmas or are all these known ideas dead like masks and NNN have several new projects?

I cant find any record of Duffers achieving anything for 6-7 years same for Cave boy. 14 years of combined nothing yet all these 14 years they have been "working on several exciting projects" with no success apart from burning shareholders funds.

Mattluc, I doubt NNN has any new dev agreements in pipe let alone 3. Before the interims the SP was dropping like a stone and it continued for 3 days after the interims were posted so they released the staged interview which stop the SP decline. There was no mention of potential deals in the interims RNS just the flaky staged interview on the 4th.

Also I don't think anyone has to explain why Lanstead has dumped a load of shares, they are entitled to buy and sell the same as anyone. Lanstead are in the business of making money out of its sharing agreements so they will use the 25% buffer to stop losses, period. IMO Duffers does not need to address this but if the SP continues to decline Lanstead will sell every month which is why these sharing agreements are called death spirals.

CP13 if Duffers had any news of progress he would tell the market by RNS to get the share price up if only so Lanstead pay more at the next instalment.

Duffers would literally post an RNS about anything which was progress on business development side, any commitment from Volz to start selling, any progress from his pipeline of interest, any progress on his BS 7 verticals anything they could get past the nomads as material information to get the SP moving. The exception being M&A information as this is binary.

When you understand this basic principle and that the likely hood of news coming soon then perhaps you will stop posting complete an utter nonsense.

Standonkin1 no I'm not telling you or anyone to sell but with a potential 22M Lanstead shares every month coming on to the market adding LTHs selling is the only thing that will wake up the BODs.

By the way note Lanstead have a take profit - stop loss strategy.

R&D agreements I think this was BS and if they aren't getting paid for doing R&D as per first agreement then why bother.

Having failed to make any product commercially viable to date 7 verticals with 40 plus products being sold online is just total fantasy and will never happen FULL STOP

We had 1.7M cash at Dec 31st 2021 so after 12 months burn of approx 150K a month that's all gone and we have the cash from 4 instalments from the sharing agreement of approx. 180K. We continue to burn more cash than the Sharing agreement brings in so we will be out of money in about 6 months.
