The point is Cave can call an EGM on his own as he did before. This gives him leverage over Duffers. If no deal materialises in next two months he can threaten Duffers with an EGM at which point Duffers may be forced out.

GodOdin they are just talking that what the RNS for the raise said, in discussions. I hope these discussion do result in a deal so LTHs can get out at BE or better and day traders can have a play. Based on the track record of Duffers and Cave you'd have to say its less than 50%.

At this share price the Lanstead agreement will bring in 30K a month. To cover the overheads the share price needs to be at least 1.25p. With the dilution the market cap would then be £36M which is a hell of an ask.

Same argument back because at the moment for everyone buying pretty much the same amount of people are selling.

Knockoutthepin, if they need 400K to continue talking to potential partners then you have to assume NNN does not have much cash left and judging by interims cash balance and previous monthly burn that is extremely likely.

Why only 400K? I think the amount raised may have been based around Dr Cave retaining 10.1%. Might be a coincidence but that what he has been diluted down to with Lanstead and this placing. You need > 10% to call an EGM so he can still do this on his own which gives him leverage over Duffers.

I would also point out any commercial deal with a "household name" would probably take several months of product development and buying in raw material for whatever the product maybe. Whenever the product is ready I would not expect the deal to immediately generate enough profit to cover overheads, this may take 6 months more or even another year.

If a deal was signed and announced by RNS Id expect the share price to rise but it would need to rise a lot for the Lanstead agreement to generate enough cash to cover the overheads, so expect a new placing albeit at better terms to fund NNN until the deal was making enough money to cover the overheads. cave will then be dilted to <10% but he will have comfort that a viable deal has been landed.

If deal doesn't materialise Id expect Cave to call or threaten to call and EGM to replace the BODs.

At least it looks like Dr Cave is doing something even if not in one of he directions we thought. However I think they will have trouble with the trade mark as there is clearly prior use and unfortunately for NNN prior use by a much larger company.

Sousav, even if they sold NNN products it wouldn't make much difference Volz Filters only averages 260 google searches a month, and I guess half these are NNN shareholders looking for updates.
