Trisor I took my losses nearly two years a go and traded this car crash ever since, sometime well sometime not so well but overall I more than made up my losses from bigger boat tweet.

So thanks and last few day have been quite useful too.

Semantic in answer to your last question not sure I can much longer especially with Trisor. When they realise its better to sell, take the losses and use remaining cash to

1. invest in genuine growth shares or shares with dividends
2. day trade NNN or small caps generally
3. buy more drink

it will be mission complete.

Trisor I want commenting on your post just pointing out to the person whi said it might be Domino the whole fast foood story is meaningless as it says nothing in reality. Whoever it is there is no commitment to buy from NNN should the tests be successful.

Trisor the global food chain information in RNS is pretty flaky. NNN are working with a long established relationship to reduce heat loss by 14 degrees over 20 minutes then go onto to state "Once the target has been reached and verified by the client, Nanosynth will look to offer the technical solution and ingredients to packaging manufacturers globally for their clients."

Doesn't even say if the long established is contact has agreed to buy if target is met.

Plus a global player might be dominos' but could also be a chain with 20 branches in 3 continents.

Like all Duffer says, vague woolly words allowing investors to read into it what they want to believe.

If its a real global player then why not say "we are working with a fast food chain with more than 1000 outlets in more 30 countries and upon successful testing they have agreed to change all the delivery packaging.

I cant see why any fast food chain would need or want confidentiality about trying to reduce heat loss of takeaways but hey ho this is an NNN RNS

I don't think those emails were from Duffers just the normal outsourced shareholder coms guys and they were pretty generalised replies i.e. updates when appropriate and will give interviews when applicable.

May well be an interview but to assume there is one from post on this BB from unknown people interpretation of what a reply means is at best optimistic

Trisor after all this time it is now clear you will never understand the Lanstead Sharing Agreement, perhaps you should stop engaging in any posts about it.

Trisor that's what the placing guys do. If they take profit from the shares they have a free hit on the warrants for 2 years.

Trisor you shouldn't be heartened by the number of projects, with the recourses available NNN should have laser focus on one or two most likely to succeed.

Because of the volumes post placing at low prices the 20 day weighted average for Jan will mean lanstead next instalment will be circa 0.15p.

Trisor, these placing work like this.

(a) you buy 2 shares at a discount and a warrant at a higher but potentially possible price.
(b) You flip the shares a ASAP for a profit and certainly before a loss is possible
(c) then you have the warrants on a free hit.

Pretty much guaranteed money maker for those included in placing.

Sharebell you are correct, they could have posted RNS is Sept re new CTO, if decision made to change P2F name to Nanovate made in Nov when they registered the trademark why not update in Nov.

After posting interims 30th Sept share price continued to tank so 4 days later we get Duffers interview which said more than the RNSs update in interims, it stopped the SP decline.

Now after placing share price tanks so 7 day later an RNS with bundles of updates and promises all of which could have been posted by RNS in Sept, Oct, Nov and Dec.

Placing guys have all sold while plenty of day traders jumped in around same price as placing, most will now have sold so not sure who will buy now until substantive news so yes the SP will continue to drift.

As Im sure you are all aware REGUS is flexible short term office space, which due to the short-term flexible rental agreements make these office very expensive. Unless 1-3 staff businesses tend to start at Regus and once established with a clear funded plan they move on to permanent office under a multiyear which is normally less than half the cost for triple the space.

BIOCITY is REGUS for science companies, short term labs with office space. NNN staying there instead of moving as previously stated demonstrates they do not have a clear and funded plan so will continue to pay a premium for lab space at BIOCITY.

If RNS stated we have find a great site XXXX sq ft located in X 10 year lease that would be a good sign. Staying at BIOCITY is a poor sign which does not give me confidence the BODs believe they will land an agreement of substance anytime soon.

A US Court is selecting jurors today for civil case against Elon by shareholders who lost money as a result of his tweets.

Perhaps someone should start similar against Dr Cave for his tweets and maybe Duffers for what he says in interviews which then amount to nothing.

GodOdin landstead have not invested £3M. So far they have given NNN about 200K with another 30K coming end this month. I cant believe there are still people invested in NNN who still don't understand the Sharing Agreement.

This will be my last comment for today but Trisor ask yourself why didn't they post this RNS before the placing???

Did they not know any of the stuff in todays RNS 7 days a go??

If done this RNS first they could have done the raise at maybe .5p not 0.18.

Ask yourself why.

DrM, Predictable but true (IMO) the RNS has no focus it a small company short of funds claiming to be too many things, it needs laser like focus on what is best possible chance of success.

On that note and Trisor getting wise ill leave it alone for today.

Trisor no I dont think much in going on, NNN has had spikes on RNSs since day dot and never produced much in way of sales despite huge payroll and fab content of RNSs.

I'd hoped Nonovate was a new product as it was trademark so I assume something was happening but as its just he new name for P2F so I was wrong.

But I appreciate you now understand this RNS is meaningless because they don't have the cash in the back to do what's in the RNS and even if the SP allows for warrants and Lanstead it still only has funds for 10% of the RNS
