If they sell all remaining 450M shares today at 0.2 they will get 900K in

Lanstead have to pay for these 450M shares over the next 20 months so lest say the share price goes up every month from today to say an average of 0.6p with the 25% discount lansteads instalments will be at 0.45p so the will pay out 2.025M in instalments thereby losing 1.125M.

Please god tell me you get it now

Trisor I know Lanstead have the shares they just cant sell more than they have paid for because if the share price goes up they lose money, tell me you are buying and selling shares and understand the concept ?

Likewise NNNs cash burn is circa 290K a month because the non recurring expense cant be more than 500K, not even with Duffers in charge, on that basis they have spend the 1.78M they had on June 30th and some

A legal expense could be a no recurring cost but 1M for this tin pot operation not really

However my real worry for you Trisor is "All I know is the interim says cash burn is sustainable. I’ve taken this at face value" NNN went through millions in cash and had 10K in sales, that is not sustainable it is the opposite and they didn't have the Lanstead deal when this was written.

Lanstead cant sell what they have not paid for because they be some April instalment today at 0.2 today and if the share price went to 0.3 in April they would lose money.

They cant lose money if they only sell what they have paid and will make a profit, they can make more by not selling if they think the SP is going up but its not so they dumped all their paid for shares.

Do you understand the non recurring was money spent as expense. It highly unlikely they could spend 1M in six months but lets assume they did.

At the known rate of burn less 1M non recuring item leave 250K monthly admin expense, now end of month 7 since interims and no sales means 1,750,000 has been spent. then add on increased BODs plus all this kit they have been buying for Dr Cave then yes NNN is running out of cash

£2M?? did the BODs all get Ferraris as company cars? no because they would show on the balance sheet and increase assets by the same , mmm what could they spend 500K on that would not increase assets by 500K less a little amortisation? Property plant and equipment increased by 30K, intangibles is all P2F good will so no asset increase at all.

Whatever the non recurring item was it was not an asset it was an expenses so they either drank it, shagged it or smoked it.

Trisor, how big was the non recurring amount in y/e Dec 31st? If it was a £1M it would bring month admin costs down to 250K a month. If non recurring item was 500K admin would now be 290K a month. Either way NNN have increased BODs since then plus god knows what else so yes most of not all the 1.8M has gone. They may have some of the 200K from Lanstead left place the 400K from this placing. These funds wont last long which I guess is why Landseatd have dumped all they paid for.

Cryox they haven't loaned a pound to NNN. Lanstead pay for 1/24th of their holding every month at 1 25% discount to 20 day WAP. They said they wouldn't just dump but they have.

The instalments are now 30K a month. Just enough to pay 2 board members salaries and maybe thier expenses to. Its not enough to keep the lights on but hey ho you know best

Don't warry lanstead have anther 22M shares they can dump in Feb and the following 19 months.

anyway its official Lanstead have now dumped four months instalments worth of shares 85M of a possible 89.1M so they have made a small but decent profit still have 446M shares yet to pay for (at 25% discount to 20 days WAP) and the 37.5M shares given free with the £20K cash.

Cyrox Duffers was in charge when the mask site was put up, it was his plan and he stated NNN would increase marketing etc and make a success of this. If you were around then you'd have seen the marketing it was pathetic.

If Nano-10.9 sold to GAS is Nano shots then NNN have failed at this already, they failed to sell mask with a great USP on their own website (since pulled down) when they were mandatory so how are they going to sell unknown new nano shyte online to far more complex commercial buyers, it is total BS.

Red or Black I think we are some way of new BS news to try and ramp the SP so no hurry to buy and I think before then the next RNS will be for shareholder agreement to allot another billion or two shares so might be wise to wait until after then.

yes the RNS did read like they were ready to go to market but now I think its dead because the JV website has lost its two Volz directors and for some strange reason Duffers hasn't filed the JVs confirmation statement.

based on these two facts it would be unbalanced of me to construe all was well with the relationship or indeed there was any semblance of truth in the pervious RNS making it look like Volz were hot to troy.
