Trisor so youd chose Duffers who has taken the share price from 1.25p to 0.2p, burnt 7M cash not landed one single commercial partner over Caveboy who is the IP (for what its worth) of the business and although they failed has developed products.

Trisor Caveboy could have called the EGM before Duffers could get a placing through so it looks like they settled on a placing which protected Caveboys position, or he retains 10.1% be coincidence.

As for Caveboy losing a vote well we dont know what resolution he'd put other shareholders but if it was to change the BODs are you really telling me Caveboy would lose, bear in mind if he lost he'd have to go.

Trisor NNN are IMO running out of working capital and have no revenue on near horizon so they either

1. restructure (Duffers is the biggest cost and I cant see what most staff do)
2. raise more funds, it will be getting harder and harder to do this
3. shut shop.

I read it as if no sales contracts in 2 months he pushes Duffers out. Id imagine he doesn't care about you or other shareholders but if he gets rid of Duffers, slashes all other staff linked to Duffers and any other overheads the share price might recover a little so the Lanstead instalments are enough to keep him and a few staff he perceives as essential afloat a little longer.

If you think the last placing of 222,222,222 shares was a coincidence think again. Took total shares to 2,873,744,208 so Caveboy has 290,478,518 retaining 10.1% so he still have leverage over his CEO.

Dr M I have stated I lost a lot on the big boat but I took my losses and thank god I did when its was just painful if Id have hung on Id be on 90% loss or more by now and the wife would know about it.......

I've traded since to recover those losses and indeed am up on RMS-NNN BS stock so wife will never know. I don't have a spread bet but do hope something comes of NNN so I can jump back on instead of just trying to play the spikes.

I would like to see NNN become a success I just think the continued form of over embellished RNSs, tweets and interviews is going to end up in failure. I cant see how NNN can continue burning money at the rate they are when they are a long way from generating income, Volz was the best bet and if the signs are correct that the relationship is not what it was then I think the BODs is at best being disingenuous not coming clean.

Poor, if they get a decent contract and start generating income even I will praise them.

We will be presenting the novel technology in a series of presentations and events and currently 400 plus organisations are being invited to come and meet us during the event.

When you exhibit at a trade show for a fee you get a list of attendees which for a fee you can invite to you stand or events, most of those 400 invited will have had an invite from every other exhibitor, getting an invite does not mean attending.

Trisor you are getting a little silly. I have not said the JV is being dissolved just that Thornton and marsh look to be heading for the hills.

Most of what is in the RNS has been said before and the hottest thing NNN had going for them was a potential order from Volz so why not repeat that story. To be fair they should by the stage have said "at long last we are pleased to announce Volz have place an order for£XXXX with the JV" yet no mention of them, the have left the JV site and puled Volz/s involvement at filtech.

Surely even your rose tinted specs allow you to see what is happening?

CP13 I can assure you if the Lanseatd or monecor thought the SP would head north they would not have sold. They aren't the reason the SP is not at 1p that is the fault of the Directors of Nanosynth.

Volz are a good Mittlestand, they were getting paid to make masks for P2F, they probably got paid to do PoC and deev work on HVAC product, they goy 49% of JV for £49.00 with NNN putting in all IP and working capital.

But for whatever reason the indications are they have quit or are quitting the JV and note all previous RNSs re JV mention Volz often stating Volz will be first customer yet the RNS dated 17th Jan 23 goes in detail about the JV with no mention of first order from Volz or even mention Volz.
