NNN comms wouldn't state there was going to be an interview. The policy is information has to be available to all shareholders at the same time, an email to super BS nanoo would not be consistent with that policy

Who else got the interview response or just repeated Nanoo's BS

Trisor stop being naïve Nanoo doesn't know any one at NNN he is talking crap. He spend two weeks crapping on NNN the 2 weeks saying all sort of positive fantasies the reverts to crapping on NNN and so the cycle goes.

He is the one who said here would be an interview.... widely spread interview with lots of positive news.

Before Duffers joined there was talk of UK High Commission driving sales and 250,000 delivered to VKE in Aug.

When Duffers joined in Sept he owned up to the fact NNN had delivered just 45,000 masks. He did say he would build the VKE relationship but clearly VKE like all the other agents and later P2F themselves just didn't have the skill set or contacts to sell these masks.

I hate to defend Duffers and you may be right he's a pain to deal with but the VKE deal clearly failed before he joined.

Nanoo, there is nothing for a larger nanotech company to takeover apart from the shell and a small number of the staff who may be a good fit, so this is not likely.

If its a non nanotech takeover then yes its a good RTO vehicle but if that was the plan NNN should be preserving cash but clearly Duffers isn't doing that, quite the opposite.

For balance if the collapsed mask deal you refer to is the VKE deal I think you will find it actually collapsed before Duffin came on board.

Nanoo you are DrM were both scathing about NNN just a couple of weeks a go why the change?

ExMS not sure why they want another interview, Duffers hasn't delivered anything from his last interview yet. Only thing he's delivered since is more dilution and that wasn't even mentioned.

Herbie I dont think they have enough authorised shares for this, they can go to shareholders for authority to allot more but at his share price the quantity required will shock people.

Trisor my assumptions are reasonable based on what we know and less than the previously recorded burn even though we know they have recruited more people and increased rent at BioCity and are not aware of any savings. We also know how much cash they ad left end of June, approx what's come in from lanstead and what NNN raised in last placing.

Based on those assumptions NNN runs out of cash in about 3-6 months

What happened to the SP rising when the sellers stopped? what happened to the interview which would get the SP moving again? Where was the evidence for these statement which were clearly wrong. Spouted by many and totally unjustified.

Cuvio I did say I might be mistaken I want aware of anyone ramping requiring evidence so in you mind its just a coincidence Caveboy has 10.1% left and they could just as easily raised £500K.

In the past I have been required to read the AIM rules and that is what I recall. I would add it doesn't make sense for the threshold to be so low as 5% to call an EGM when to pass any resolution would require >50%.

Trisor, an AGM which we have had is different from an EGM and will require different rules.

MyIPA a General Meeting is an annual event which has to be held annually can be called by any director or if it hasn't happened for some reason any 5% of the company. NNN has had its General Meeting. If you want to call an Extraordinary General Meeting which is an ad hoc meeting to discuss a particular resolution I still believe the (but could be wrong) you need 10% of the voting rights.

For clarity you will need to go a read the AIM rules regarding Extraordinary General Meetings.

Cuvio in case you weren't aware Cave called the last EGM on his own because he had >10% of voting rights which was to appose the warrants issued by the BODs.

Cuvio I don't need to provide evidence of what I know and have known for years. I'm happy to provide the benefit of my experience but if you doubt it then either discount it or read the AIM rules so you understand the market you are investing in.
