I really dont know how you can defend these muppets and make out its good news but please crack on.

No just answering Sinden and saying what I think is more likely. On 17th they didn't say they had any "discussions with household names " as Duffers in prone to saying if there is a sniff of an opportunity and let face it you dont change your business plans because someone expresses interest that would be double daft. If a deal was done there would be an RNS, full stop, period, end of.

Sinden we dont know if NNN had paid for any of the cost related to Filtech but when they posted RHS update and registered trademark on 17th they still intended to go to.

What has happened since then? Maybe they had a poor response to the 400 invites and decided it wasn't worth the expense or the organisers reported overall attendees were expected to be poor this year or they are just trying to conserve cash or any combination of the three. Obviously I don't know but these scenarios are far more likely than someone buying Virosynth and told them to pull the show.

Obviously there would be an RNS for the latter as its material the former three scenarios wouldn't require an RNS although it would be consistent with the BODs continually stating they will improve communications.

Dr M I guess that will be about 10-15K in the lawyers cash draw then.

Callit I would add PW appears to be doing craft fairs which I think are a little different from exhibitions I have done many of which have had FTSE 100 companies as lead exhibitors.

Trisor, maybe NNN have just decided to preserve cash. IMO it really is what they should be doing whilst focusing on doing whatever deal is most likely to bring revenue the quickest or a contract they can sell another placing on.

PW sound like you are B2C whereas Im like NNN in B2B, done many at NEC and Excel etc couple in USA and way back when an employee places like Blackpool and Ally Pally.

Trust me exhibitions organisers find it easier to close space based on taking a deposit than all paid in full months in advance.

PW I have done many exhibitions, you normally pay 10-20% deposit on sign up, balance a month before attending so I guess they were be chased for balance and decided to pull the plug.

Hotel I always paid on checking out.

Flights they may not have booked yet

Doing a trademark online is really east with all the categories in drop downs normally takes about 30 minutes, I cant remember exact costings but for that amount of cats it will be around 1K although it looks like they used a lawyer so probably paid 5K.

Not sure what presentations you are referring to but if its Caveboy doing them Id have thought he have those ready to go.

Virosynth has just pulled it product launch, it has no customers, its trademarked its name and patented some IP which is yet to be commercialised. Virosynth is worthless............

Sorry callit, Duffers normal practice is to state NNN are in discussions with household names but he has never said this about Virosynth.

Callit after months of believing Volz would be first customer and the HVAC industry will all need Virosynth treated media the events covering Virosynth this year are as follows

1. Volz directors removed from “meet the team” on Virosynth website
2. Volz removed from Filtech exhibitors list
3. 17 Jan P2F trademarked Virosynth
4. 17 Jan RNS confirming Virosynth PRODUCT LAUNCH at Filtech and inviting 400 companies to meet there blah blah
5. Virosynth remove Volz from the sentence “a company born from a collaboration between Pharm2Farm and air filter media and filter product manufacturers.” on the home page of the website
6. Sometime late last week Virosynth cancelled attendance at Filtech and hence the product launch.

It would appear Volz haven't ordered and after all this time wont. I don't now why they cancelled filtech and hence the product launch but the have.

NNN is INO burning cash at an alarming rate and judging by the 400K raise is now very short of cash with any near term sales now gone with Volz and the product launch.

PW the statements relating to Volz are past tense. “has been a valuable dev partner” instead of “is a valuable dev partner” or “Volz were the perfect partner to integrate ” not “Volz are the perfect partner to integrate”

I would add NNN have been telling us for months and months Volz would place the first order with JV now Volz directors gone from JV website and NNN have cancelled or maybe postponed the product launch to venue and date as yet unknown.
