Trisor NNN is not a start up but yes it is reasonable to allow 3-4 years is a for a tech start not so much to make a profit but also to give a ROI to shareholders but so far NNN which under Duffers is not a start up is yet to make a sale.

Small correction on my part which is what NNN need to do on most of there websites.

16 months of Duffin in charge does not define NNN as a start up. The various nano feed, masks and HVAC were developed products or well down the product development road before he joined. So not 16months a start up but actually 5 years for most of the product ideas.

In fairness they got masks from concept, tested, certified and to production in under a year and that is far more complicated that HVAC which has been going long before Duffers joined 16 months a go.

A tech start up should be developing products/services and routes to market in parallel so they both are ready at the same time. Clearly NNN have not done this

IP (Unknown to me but with out glimmer of commercial success potentially worthless)
Value of Lanstead Sharing Agreement (something but hard to quantify, maybe £500K)
Cash in bank (none left)
Value of listing (£250-500K).
Tax losses (considerable)
