"If Volz have converted production lines" I think NNN would have posted an RNS on this news because it would be a material and would have facilitated a placing on much meet terms than on the 10th of Jan. Whatever the outcome there is nothing in the RNS dated 17th Jan alluding to being "in discussions" with interested parties (as with other projects) let alone one big enough to then decide they want to buy the JV so not sure the buyer possibility looks likely.

NNN must be short of cash and Im my experience these shows cost even small/medium exhibitors £20-40K. If I was in their shoes I'd would be conserving cash wherever possible using whatever funds I have left to focus on what is most likely to generate income quickest.

NNN do need to correct the RNS dated 17th Jan but IMO we wont hear from the BODs about this because they will not perceive it is as material information, I hope I'm wrong because without an RNS for clarity it will lead to wild conjecture.

Ok Ill make it easier for you can you produce a list of future business development statements by Duffers or those before him which have materialised.

Twisor yes Lanstead got all the shares allotted on day 1 of the sharing agreement but so far they have only made 4 possibly 5 of the 24 instalments. Lanstead so far have paid 200-230K for 535M shares plus 37.45M freebies and 20K cash.

PS looks like NNN is going to cross into the 0.19s which it will then remain below and continue sliding again so all those who bought cheep and didn't take profits mid Jan now might be a good time to stop losses, get out while you can.

Dr M thanks for your concern and just so you know I have few small Tech Co's I invest in and support, wife and kids, more drinking buddies than I can manage and a few hobbies golf etc plus punting on NNN from time to time which does involve keeping this BB focused on reality. Happy to help those who would otherwise been drawn in to the BS on here and lose their shirts.
