Nanogold1 if NNN have material information which is newsworthy they would post it by RNS because it would stop the seller selling.

If there is an interview in the can it wont go be released unless the SP takes a hit.

IMHO NNN have no news otherwise they post it and as stated on numerous occasions no interview will be forthcoming this week.

Trisor, I have been involved in starting, buying, running, merging and selling a few tech companies in my time, still have shares in non listed tech start ups trying to find their way I know what it costs to run a company like NNN, 200K a month is conservative.

CP14 the Lanstead deal now has 1 year and 8 month to run and at this share price will bring in circa 30K a month so Lanstead will not help much as the over heads are at least 200K a month so in answer to Waynesmith how long will 400K is 2 months.

All the technical mumbo jumbo but the facts are today had £26K marked as sells, £14K as buys with one trade for £5K unknown. This would indicate downward pressure on SP yet it still held, let see what tomorrow brings.

Everyone NNN might talk to will have production all planned for next 6 plus months so even if an dits a big IF NNN JV find interested manufacturers at Filtech the lead time to revenue is so far away NNN run out of money first.

Irrespective of the lead time for potential new customers from Filtech ask yourself why after all this time have Volz still not ordered.

CEO cant even get his on own options into play or profit from the few share she has bought, this should tell you all you need to know, if that doesn't then maybe that he is not buying more at these new bargain basement prices should.

Maybe he thinks the SP will get cheaper later and will buy then or he simply doesn't believe anything will come of his latest hyped RNS or he knows he needs to try and raise more cash.

4 month instalments is 89,166,667 shares plus the 37,450,000 = 126,616,667 - difference between starting point and RNS of 10th means they hade 41,940,154 left on close of play on the 9th plus they will pay 0.15p for another 22,291,667 next week so if Lanstead have sold none since the 9th next week they will have 64,231,820 to sell.

Hi Dr M no the RNS dated 10th is clear up to that point they had sold 84M so they have 4M left from first 4 instalments plus the 37.45M free and next week they pay for another 22M at circa 0.15p

Lanstead RNS leaves them with 40M (35M Free) left and will have 22M more at 0.15p next week.

My guess is they are also still selling

Sure is just not going to accept excuses for him when he is NOT in a closed period.

Duffers has been able to buy at 0.35s in Oct and Nov, 0.28 in Dec and 0.22 now yet he doesn't.

There have been no material deals in all this time so Duffers has been able to buy for the last 3 months, he earns pretty good money and you'd hope he has made some in the past too so he must have some cash, FFS if he was as confident as his last RNS that he has chosen not buy for the last three months, three weeks or three days as the price has fallen should be a red flag to even the most optimistic punter punting on NNN.

Duffers knows what coming round the corner yet he is not buying. END OF.

well insiders bought in august then announced Lanstead funding and wellbeing company deal. I grant you they were both pants deals but they were both material

It is only insider trading if the deal is signed and you buy without updating the market, if you think you have a good chance of getting a deal or deal you can still buy.

Closed period are as I described. As NNN has no deals signed not announced and is only in discussions Duffers can still buy.

Sharebel closed periods are 30 days before interims are published and 60 days before finals

Trisor Oval X is not big enough that they need to notify, obviously directors do and as yet no sign they want to buy even at this price.

If news was due you'd think Duffers and several others would fill their boots........... but as yet no.

Poorinvester on the basis Duffers and his team in the know haven't jumped in on back of last RNS has I'd suggest keeping your powder dry.

Although it was filed today the conformation statements is dated 2/12/22 so it is referring to shareholding at that date.
