(b) I can find anything on employer below who he has worked for in London for the last year plus. Nothing on Google nothing on companies house
(c) NNN BS requires us to be told he's worked in USA and Japan not that its relevant especially when its 18 and 27 years a go respectively (according to his Linkedin profile).

Its like all NNN shareholder info, IMO embellished is a kind way of describing what looks like total BS.

CP13 if Volz are out and it looks like they are the only thing going for the JV was the Volz directors Rainer and Jonathan who after decades in the sector would have a lot of contacts for the JV to sell to after the first order from Volz

Likewise they'd know a lot of attendees at Filtech. Without these guys Duffers and Co will be standing in the shell unit trying to hand out leaflets with one had while flicking through their German phrase book with the other, after a couple of hours they'll start wandering round the hall or site down chatting amongst themselves.

If after 18 months working with Volz and Volz are not taking the filters from NNN what chance of finding a partner at Filtech? Id say zero but if they do find a potential customer or two how long to they generate sales????

If Volz are out the only near term cash generator for NNN has gone so expect a resolution to allow BODs to allot 1 or 2 billion more shares.

Confirmation statement is overdue which would also update on any shareholder changes. It was due on 16th December so if they have resigned and given up their shares its fair to say Duffers has known for a while.

yesterdays RNS has Virosynth Joint Venture Status but it doesn't mention Volz. All previous JV updates and HVAC stories name drop Volz at every opportunity.

Trisor it takes companies house a few days to update directors and that's assuming Duffers completed the forms correctly and uploaded, if posted then who knows at the movement.

Trisor as I said before Cave retains 10.1% which is enough so he on his own can call and EGM.

Cyrox just addressing the realities facing NNN and in turn shareholders but you are right Ill leave the happy and not so happy rampers the BB for a while.

Based on reasonable assumptions and Lanstead instalments at this hare price NNN have 2 to 4 months cash left.

I have checked the numbers and NNN have 244,863,780 shares left to allocate without going to shareholders for approval. Without news of real commercial success this will only raise enough cash to last a couple of months.

Even if NNN land a decent commercial agreement in this time scale it wont generate cash for months even years so they will be back cap in hand to shareholders asking for authority for another billion shares they can use to raise yet more working capital.

If NNN don't get a commercial agreement in this time line they will ask for 2 billion shares.

Either way NNN will be coming for shareholder approval to further dilute shareholders in the very near term.

ExMS im not sure he can do a raise either Cave will say no and threaten an EGM or NNN might be out of shares they can allot without shareholders voting to support it, if not out they are certainly very low.

Herbie, it is but note I don't change my opinion and start talking NNN up, never have never will, not unless I honestly believe it is real.

I did think the mask was great product, the unicorn investment of right product, right time and right place, by far and away best Covid story on AIM and worth a punt. I also think change on name from P2F to nanovate is a better more relevant and support that, the first RNS re VKE I said was a good start but not much else before or since.

I always question the interviews and woolly RNSs, jeez how do they get away with it.
