You are correct, NNN had 1,787,000 end of June plus since then circa 200,000 from Lanstead. You'd have to assume they have none of the June cash left which is 300K a month burn which is constant with prior six months . If so the 200K from Lanstead and 400K from this raise would be good 2 months.

The burn to end of Dec 21 was 333K a month and Duffers stated this was down to a sustainable level but clearly not, its still about the same circa 300K a month.

The payroll is not even half the burn and the rent of the lab cant be 10K so where is the other 140K a month going? The interims have everything under admin expenses but wow even I as the second most negative NNN person on this BB struggles to understand the burn.

Dr M I agree but I still cant work out how Duffers has burnt through so much cash. Its almost bizarre I just cant see where that much money has gone.............

So when Duffers or an RNS says "shortly" it literally could mean anything and nothing.

"shortly" can mean in relation to hours, days, weeks , months, years even decades. "shortly " means nothing.

In previous RNS NNN said "is" happening but it didn't, even "is" means maybe in NNN speak.

You don't waste time and destroy value of Lanstead instalments raising 400K giving away 8.5% of the company if news is due "shortly".

CP13 if any decent commercial news was announced the share price could go to 1p. At 1p the Lanstead deal would bring in £165k a month and as such there would have been no need to raise £400k. As there is no news on the horizon NNN did the 400k placing thereby reducing the lanstead installment to circa £30k a month. surely even you can see there will be no commercial news for months now.

RR1937 in an interview Legge described the experience and background the successful candidate needed to secure the CEO role and they were going to top flight head hunters to find the right person. At the time masks were still relevant, HVAC filters passed proof of concept, the world was NNN nano oyster, they had £7 or 8M in the bank and the ability to raise however much they needed. They could have employed pretty much anyone but somehow Duffers got in the door.

Basic research on Duffers last 5 year directorships showed he had no relevant sector experience, no similar technology and every business he'd been a director of for the previous 5 years achieved diddly squat.

How NNN ended up with Duffers beggars belief but in reality Legge dropped the ball and employed Duffers who the ousted Legge.

Duffers has been true to form in achieving nothing here at NNN.

CP13 when will you learn the raise today wouldn't have been done if news was imminent. Even a half wit like Duffers would wait, get the news out, watch the share price go up and then raise more money .

Hi Micho I have been negative on RMS and NNN since around the time TB and Ryan sold but you are right I didn't see it being this bad this soon (although I think ExMS did).
