Twisor they may have stopped for now but assuming 35M Free shares plus 4 instalment cover 22M shares each Lanstead still have approx 44M shares they can sell at anytime.

Mattluc if the share price was falling the strategy would have been to sell at a certain price not a time. These guys always have a stop loss policy.

Twisor I forgot about the free shares so Lansteads profits are circa £140,000 for selling 69M plus maybe 10M shares after 29th. Probably covers their total outlay so far. They now have 18.98% of NNN for FREE and the £20K cash

Landstead had 21.59% which reduced to 18.98% means they sold 2.61% .

2.61% of 2651B share is 69M share. Of and that is what they sold at close on the 29th and Lanstead were still sellling after that date maybe another 10M shares.

Hats off to DrM who first spotted the sell off and not far off with the numbers either as it looks like 69M share sold (twisor not good at maths either) for a profit of circa £40K.

DrM I would imagine HBOS Investment Fund Managers Limited 8.89% Barclays Bank PLC, Wealth and Investment Management Division 4.95% IG Group Holdings Plc, Asset Management Arm as listed by ExMS git sucked in when we did certainly not in the last 5 months, why would they.

But whenever they bought in it beggars belief NNN dont list these >3% shareholders on site because it adds value and credibility.

Twisor where does it say Lanstead are required to disclose movements of >1% as a significant disclosable shareholder.

All share holders are required by law to disclose sales or purchase of shares if their holding crosses the 10% of a listed companies total shares, either by exceeding 10% or going below 10%.

Landstead can sell 285M shares with declaring anything unless its in the sharing agreement which no one on this B B has seen. I would add it is neither NNN or Lansteads interest for any disclosure of lanstead selling shares (other than required by law) because a lot of other shareholders would follow Lanstead and less would buy if the knew the biggest sharer was selling.

Lanstead Sharing Agreement is total genius.

Sorry Callit but "it's this constant uncertainty that is the difficulty and it feeds right into the hands of the derampers." the constant uncertainty it is not the reason it is the continued statement saying things are being done like "international network of distributors IS being formed" but then nothing happens . The examples are endless and the HVAC Oct statement is just another as is 3 or more R&D agreement by Xmas.

Every thing Duffers has said has failed to materialise that is why some on this BB have now become "to derampers". I didn't buy him from get go because none of his declared roles in previous 5 years were successful and he let on in a staged interview he know someone at NNN which IMO is how he got the job. The only sane thing about his appointment was his option plan which was great for shareholder confidence but he rewrote that destroying trust yet he cant even make this work. The man is useless.
