An acknowledgement that some of my posts have had constructive comments. Things are looking brighter for you bullfighter. However, as I've mentioned before, I only attack posters who post deconstructive comments to me, such as the moronic posts from ATD, 'utter tosh', 'blah, blah etc'. Add to my list edeninvest who posted 'Merry Christmas to all genuine investors'.lol. I wuld wager a nickel that that does not include moi. What a sad, pathetic person he must be to be around. MrJinx. I have fully explained 'Herd Mentality', at length before. This is a BB to exchange info and ideas and facts, when relevant. I only reply to posters who lack intelligence and reply to my posts with 'what a load of tosh', and other nonsensical comments. If I reply to a post that I disagree strongly enough that warrants my time, I attempt to be constructive and give reasons for disagreeing. I used to reply to uneducated posters who use ' should of, could of, would of'. Unfortunately, there are lots on this board. With EML, because of it's lack of comms. skills, the majority of posts are conjecture. Some however, show a high degree of ignorance of AIM RnRs.

EML has more than 2 years of core drills, which established a min. mine life of 10 years with salt and Potash. You question the 'quality' of the product. You don't think when they recover core samples they are not tested? Doly. The FS , with the results from drills give an accurate guide to the depth and acreage of product, and hence a mine life. dolt. Mineral resources have been de-risked.. We have been led to believe that financial resources have been de-risked. There is a plan to mine the potash and salt with an inclined shaft.. The reason I am invested is the product and the Feasibility Study. The risk for me is not extracting products, it's PDMR's failure to report 'facts' on EISA, since we have been told all details have been submitted without objection.!!!
You appear to have been in some very bad shares with your intimate knowledge of trolls. I have a vey simple method, if I believe someone is just spreading 'fake' news, I do not read their comments. Try it, dolt. I am on record with an EML investment strategy, which I follow.

These posters are members of the 'herd mentality' group. I have explained in detail before on this. Brief recap, making statements, or agreeing with statements that justify their investment decision, and deriding others who post negative comments, even facts.
They should 'suck on 'this fact. Graham commented on the 'risk' of this share. Words to the effect that 'the share register would be full of pension funds if everything was guaranteed'. The archives are aplenty with AIM and other non listed bankrupt companies who were on the cusp of laying 'golden eggs', only for 'unforeseen' events taking their toll.

Grown up countries realise that taking an Authority to ITC is a serious step, but it is only business, and it was set up to 'resolve' these problems. If anyone thinks there is not a 'problem', they are deluded. Look at the EISA timescale posted earlier. I would very much hope that Graham or another is asking on a weekly basis WTFIGO. It would not be out of the realms of possibility for him to inform the owners of the Company the results of asking those pertinent questions. Grahams post stating 'only minor details left', or words to that effect, is almost as bad as 'imminent'. Lacking communication skills in almost certainly not limited to comms. with S/H's .

Morocco had a few goal line chances, but the French were always dangerous on the counter. As far as Morocco 'going alone', I assume Thorpe means OCP not wanting EML with a mine? This ic more likely what is happening. I would have thought the time has now passed for all the i's and t's to be dotted and crossed. Regulations are a two way street. The Authorities says what it needs and industry says how it will comply. There can only be 2 scenarios. First, EML cannot comply, and just trundle on drawing wages, pension benefits and perks until after another 2 years S/H revolt. Secondly, EML BOD are afraid of taking the Authorities to task. If it has done everything Authorities have asked it to do, to no avail, go the International Tribunal Court. It is almost impossible to gain a win, but at the very least the stumbling blocks preventing the award of EISA must be set out, and S/H's can then see the problems, since EML are not willing to tell us. Unfortunately, EML want to be very tight lipped over this now, long delay.
I'm sure there will be posters saying it's not a long delay, and bureaucracy takes time. I only have one question for those believers. Tell me a timescale which you will be unwilling to accept.?. Without going through all the RNS, it must be nearly 12 months since EISA was submitted. Below is an extract from 31 Dec '21 Newsletter.

There has ben sufficient time to dot and cross several hundred thousand i's and t's.
I do not believe 'secret' negotiations are ongoing with OCP for a JV or Take Over. Something like that must be reported under AIM rules.. It is possible OCP have put the brakes on ESIA award to frustrate EML and give OCP no in-Kingdom competition. Plausible. In any event EML PDMR's are showing at moment they are unfit for purpose.

When I saw the red dot by the RNS release I was thinking about those 'leaky' sells the other day. And what do we get, a very positive RNS, already alluded to. Results for last year reprted on 33 Jan. Why so long, 4 months, for a co. ith small T/O. I know A/cs have to be audited, but most auditors, that's pick 3 sheets at random, and check the validity. A few days work. lol.

At the very least the RNS stated interest from 'well funded' parties, in stark contrast to The Failure agreeing something similar with a private company with no money. lol
