There's flaws in your argument that the co wouldn't have 'washed millions down the drain'. The number 1 objective of BOD, especially ceo, is the financial well being of themselves and family, through salary and pension pot payments. If the co succeeds, that ia a bonus. Having sold out some time ago, back in. I'm not a believer that there is a 'deal' being done with OCP, there would be no reason not to disclose discussions. RnR state that any information likely to affect SP must be disclosed ASAP. Discussions would certainly have an affect on SP. I believe there are issues surrounding the EISA, and a good pinch of incompetence at Board level in discussing these in Morocco. I'm hoping, and that is the correct word, that it is in the interest of all parties to open a mine, and conclusion of EISA can be anytime. If/when it does drop, I can see an immediate re-rate to 15p. By the time the mine is operational, the Ukraine war must surely have been decided, and fertiliser prices reduced from historic high's, but probably better than pre-war price. New Solid State batteries are much lighter, and have greater mileage and rechrging times is in minutes, not hours. I would suggest HFC transport is the better, since there is no 'grid' time. Present problemm is price of FC stack, and is being widely recommended for HGV, trains, ships, buses, etc, since the cost of the stack cf price of 'vehicle' is acceptable. With cars, the FCS can be as much as the car. But, like batteries, much moolah is being spent on HFC R n D. so the price will drop as competition in the market increases. Rest assures, you will be driving a battery vehicle in 2050.

Jim, Shell have been doing 'share buy back' (SBB) for many years, even when POO was below $30pb. reason - it gives S/H the choice or receiving divis in cash or in shares. Many choose shares., and as such, without SBB the number of shares in issue would increase ad infinitum. Simple.
